I can’t start the dungeon challenge floor one. The button start battle doesn’t work. All the rest of the game is working and I have 10 tickets, but I can’t start. I’m on IOS.
Does it show something like cannot connect to server? If yes try a better internet connection.
Also if u tap on icon besides “start battle”,it won’t start(it happened with me 
).

Yes, same thing for me. Also on Ipad and Iphone.
It doesn’t say anything, it’s not connection because I’m able to play the super challenge battle. It’s like the start battle button just does nothing.

I didn’t get my daily login reward today.
But I got the cumulative reward.
I was playing the dungeon challenge and the online section showed a red mark, so I exited the dungeon, right after exiting the cumulative reward pop up. And I claimed that reward. But after that daily login reward didn’t come.
I have been logging in from the very first day these new reward system introduced and haven’t missed a day. Today my daily reward was supposed to start from day one. What should I do now?
Im having hard time login into online server since cumulative login implemented, dunno with the other
And im having difficulties press “startbattle” in dungeon.

I tried to get my day 7 login reward today, and when I hit the ‘claim’ button, it gave me the ‘cannot connect to server’ message and then booted me back to the day 1 reward.
WHEN I WANTED TO HATCH MY EGG IT SAYS “server connection not possible” AND I LOST MY 5 GEMS!! WANT THEM BACK! ingame name: klumpi

I have the same problem, the game send me day 1 rewards, instead of day 8 (I haven’t miss the others days log in). Also the game doesn’t send me the another log in rewards, that is necessary for Choronx evolution
Same thing here for login rewards. Should be on day 8 or so and kicked me back to day 1 after logging on multiple times all day today and yesterday.
There are 7 days of rewards for the non cumulative login bonus. It would put you back on day one because it’s a loop.
I know it’s a loop and when I reach day 7 it will start again from day 1. But my problem is I didn’t get daily reward at all. Got the cumulative reward only.
instead of showing the option “hatch 10” + 1 free rare gem it shows me now “retry last 10” + 1 free gem not sure what that´s supposed to mean. Is it really gonna retry my last 10 rolls can´t risk to try that.
No, it’s advertising. You won’t lose your last 10 mons.
