I cant seem to get any more login in rewards after the first one. Been playing/logging in every day since the 12th. The red exclamation mark appears but nothing pops up.

I think you may already be aware of the lavaclops bug, it does not get poisoned no matter what, i have one in the draft event. Another bug I’ve been noticing is with regards to sleep and poison. Sometimes poison monsters will fall asleep and will only wake up after they have taken the poison residual damage. In one particular battle, my poisoned monster was put to sleep and it ended up losing its turn like it would with a monster put to sleep. It awoke immediately the poison damage happened but by then it had aready lost its turn. I encountered this in the new draft challenge.
I think it may be an existing problem as i happen to also remember in the last ultimate challenge, death revenge only triggered after a move had taken place. It can sometimes give an unfair/fair advantage.
When Pyrrophim/Solariel enters the battlefield, instead of stunning entrance or shocking entrance it says “fireangel02ambushkey”. Not sure if it’s intentional or not.
To all those getting the can’t connect to online server message:
Try setting your date and time automatically with the internet.
Try using a reliable wifi connection and test if you still get that error message.If you don’t, its because your internet/2G is taking a long time to communicate with neo monsters server.If you are using the wifi router thingy try resetting it or try disconnecting wifi on your other devices that are connected to that router and only have the device you are using and test if you are still getting it.
Maybe its just an error from neo monsters side, but the devs have said they are trying to find a resolution for that.
Finally, I don’t mean to offend anyone, maybe you guys got banned. Some people that i know of have been banned for not necessarily using hacks or cheats but rather downloading the game for free, its against the terms of use and services. Try contacting the support page and find out if you have been banned. If not, lets just hope its a glitch in their systems =)
I am using 2g. I am using 2g from start from rank 1 to rank 99 from past 10-12 months. I never got server issue on my 2g network before this update. I am not able to go after this. I want to use my restore code. It has been 3 days

here is no Wi-Fi connection and I don’t use 3g/4g. As a student I can’t afford 3g/4g every month. I uses 5-7 gb per month. Well, I can play Pokemon go without error which requires 3g.
Please, I like and enjoyed playin neo monster. But since you decide to change log in bonus to a cumulative bonus, it bugs out. I supposed to get a gem today as a 3rd day prize. But suddenly it says cannot connect to server. Then I go to online, it appears again but it shows that I have collected 3rd and 4th day prize. But I didnt get the prize at all so please fix. I purchased some gems so I expected this game to go smooth and nice to me. Thanks for the understanding.
I don’t know if it has been mentioned already, but since the update there’s a bug where when a monster is brought to hold ground it looks like he has no HP at all instead… just a visual bug but maybe you want to look into it once you solved the more urgent stuff
This does work, I was having this same issue until I walked up to my library to use the wifi, after that I was able to connect to the crownwalker and island challenge events.
Can’t understand what’s going on developers mind 1st they did necessary 3g for new episodes and I did not play till now and i think now they have did 3g necessary for all online events/story of neo monster’s. All neo monsters user uses 3g? Can’t they make it smooth for run on 2g as Well?

I was playing online at the (possible spoilers!!!) storm region area in Chapter Six, and I was doing the boss fight there. He sends out a Typhondragon, so I had my monster use Sleep so it wouldn’t use Sleep Killer. However, it clearly hit and put it to sleep, but it still used Sleep Killer anyway! WHILE ASLEEP. It said it was asleep, and the “zzz” animation was there to show it was asleep, but it was attacking! Please fix this.

This bug was there before the update but still not patch : when cryogolem gets hit by a protector killer and gets to 1hp, he activates hold ground but the enraged mode isn’t activated, wich is frustrating… He needs to take 1 more hit to activate this skill in this case, so he dies.
It happens sometimes, if it’s his turn and at the same time he gets asleep, he can play once. If he was able to attack many times, this is a real problem.

The rewards aren’t working. When you tap on the button then it says that it can’t connect to the server. Sometimes it works and when it does when you tap on your rewards it gives you the same message and nothing happens. Please fix this soon as it makes log in bonuses very hard to get.
