Hatching for a mythic with a 1% chance is already very difficult.
Have you thought at the exchange rate between buying a copy for three 7S tickets?
Is very frustrating having to find 3 tickets to get a shard of a mythic.
2 is more than enough as mythics are in themselves very rare to hatch.

well if this happens there will be a big change see mythics are powerful and making them two 7star tix instead of 3 will make easy Mythic plus legendary is way better than mythics.
