With that being said, the answer to your question is: 0.5%.
Its indeed very low but u have to take ur time while grinding for them … Patience is the key to succes!

The hatchlings are exactly four spots above the second town, agramis. Leafy is on the first spot, ashie second, blue third and galey fourth. Good luck.
