When you buy the 26 gem pack only 13 are the paid gems , the rest are still considered as “free gems”

If you buy 26 gems in a gem deal you find written 13 + 13, so you are buying 13 and the game is giving you 13 more. The second 13 gems count as free gems, not bought.
