Has anyone else had problems with gem purchases?

So, I bought the 23 gem package for the first time today. It’s been about 5 hours since and I haven’t seen any gems. I sent an email based on what they have posted in ‘contact us’ in the game but haven’t received a reply. This is really disappointing since I think this is a really fun game but I can’t help feeling I got scammed now…

I don’t know where their customer support is based but if it’s Japan then the last 5 hours have been evening/night. I hope they get in contact with you soon and help you out.
