Just turn of the internet, force a DC, turn the Internet back on, connect to the online section, voila your gems are there

The gems are actually added to your account but the gem count is not updating it immediately. (If you go to egg banner back and forth, the count will update it)

We are currently looking into this issue.

I got it fixed. Just closed out the app and start it back up again
