Did not get my gems

I did not recieve my gems. Just started the game, not sure if I need to beat the rookie league to get them? I have the email receipt. I would just like my gems please. If anyone knows how I can get help with this, please let me know! Thank you!

The eggs or whatever. I spent $30 so that I could use the 20 paid gems to unlock the eggs. I bought from the store within the app. Nothing
