Wondering how everyone is approaching the current pvp event, as well as what everyone’s approach is to it. Looking at beginners and veterans. Seems like poison may be the way to go?

Beginners seem to be attempting a Nightrider Polymerization tactic using Nightmare and the Dark OoO guy but have not seen it work to any great affect. You have poison running around with a lot of Stun as well, tons of Stun Bombers in the low star range so it works well if the opposition has no stun protection. The majority of middle ground players seem to just be pushing their high power monsters in the front hoping to simply break through whatever the opposing teams FL is then control the game from there (in this are teams consisting of things like LINK Dark FL with Novadragon/Noxdragon AoE spam).
Then, you have the “high tier” players who seem to be making the best of this rule with very high power Mythic/Legends surrounded by a plethora of AP Spam.
Rule is kind of all over the place, but having the special rules doesn’t really do anything to help a balance of power of more level playibg field between those with large collections and those with small, on quite the reverse side it just goes to show that special rules for teams or not, mythics and numbers are what win games more than strategy. Both combined are obviously superior, but when you have one and not the other, it is clear what will consistently win and what will consistently lose.
That being said, the matchmaking system described in great depth-ish on the forum prior is still false information in my opinion but that’s not the topic.

Im running megalo togheter with other very fast sweepers in order to get rid of all stun protection immunities counters converters etc then i have alot of stun bombers behind followed by low sec sweepers and its working pretty well

Make your team as toxic as it could , i mean by that not poison , but some nasty combos, dont forget to use annoying monsters , like grovodus or revancharion , maybe even lionheart ,also anything thay may have mirror revnge , to get opponents monsters , oh also athraeis and aurodragon, stun crescendo also , because stun is broken , myst ap spam ,also if you are not winning disconnect twice then let the time run out
