If someone is saving gems for Halloween, they still have the option to roll for Orca between now and the Halloween egg.
Why would this make them biased against orca?

As long as Instant True Hit remains a thing, this is a huge nono. It would be arguably worse otherwise.
With proper context it makes complete sense. Smugsmodia is a big hoarder who will only hatch for specific things (poison, generally). Halloween is a big one for him and since he recently rolled and got Asmodia awakened he’s desperate to save all his gems for Halloween.
Padrinorca counters his poison teams, use of protectors in the FL and is a monster he isn’t rolling for at all due to Halloween being imminent.
So whether he’s actually being bias is not guaranteed. However, he definitely has a lot of reason to be bias.
It’s very rare he would ever be used in the FL because he wouldn’t have the two powerful passives. Coming in from reinforcements he already has 50TU slayerbane that will do most of what he needs. I don’t think a 50TU bloodcrave would be a problem, especially because he would likely have lost 30% + ~25% + ~15% of his HP. Being left on 30% HP with minimum defence after the first bloodcrave would make him so easy to kill.
Yeah, all of that is fine. Instant True Hit with a 50tu killer move attached isn’t though.

That’s the whole point, it’s a nerf idea. Two things in that idea: make the passives only work outside the FL, make it go on low health so it dies super easily and bloodcrave will easily cause suicide.
I’d make it Blood Pact. To join a mafia clan, the traditions says (in some parts of Southern Italy) a newcomer must swear upon their own blood (they prick your finger with a golden needle in order for you to spill one drop of blood) and with that blood, they stain a holy image (the virgin Mary, a saint, whatever they prefer). Then you have to swear you’ll follow the rules of the clan.
This would actually fit very well!

Personally I agree with @DevilsMisfortune and @DMGInterference 's ideas. Exactly what I wanted. @Killerdog I feel your suggestions will nerf it too much which shouldn’t be done with the ‘5th anniversary monster’. Just my personal opinion and you have a better understanding of such matters.

I’ve rolled like 13 packs so far on this banner and got everything but orca. I wanted to save the rest of my gems for 2nd banner and halloween but everyones saying orcas just too good. Should i blow more on this banner trying to get him?
