šŸ† Neo Monsters tier list (see first post) šŸ†

The shield thingy?

Fatal chant one-shots pretty well (from memory) and that’s a 130TU move which will heal and shield Azida each time, on pretty much whatever you want. She’ll also charge up 100TU bloodshed for even faster and more reliable killing and all the while she’s a tanky monster (not even counting the shields). Basically, she’s a very good sweeper for PvE with a low requirement (a dragon teammate). Personally I think she’s borderline S / S- but I know newer players say she’s godly and I can see the argument for it.

I remember a Pvp of @DonT89 Vs @One_Keets,he use Fatal chan(Without a dragon) and didn’t one shot Na’tugoul(A full atk myth and low health/Defense.And u tell me that she can one shot buffed mons?(what we find most in PvE) Lol

A guy in past ranking use Fatal chan with her in second form, didn’t kill my Sloth

There was a bug with fatal chant when it was first released… it dealt half the damage it was meant to. Since they fixed that, the damage is very large.

It’s time for the shadow monsters! Shadow got some really cool additions last year I think.

Made an account just to comment this, but I think Oroblazer in E for General is a criminally low ranking. Speaking as someone who does not have a ton of mythics or high-tier legends, Oro absolutely carries in PVE situations. I completed my first successful Whale’s Treasure this time around and it was entirely due to this mon allowing me to cheese my way past the mini-bosses for each element with Unwanted Friend. This moves basically guarantees 4v1, 4v2 matchups which is invaluable. Also, for some reason, the AI is incredibly inconsistent when it comes to the Bronzshell Lifeflip Self move, allowing the shells to basically stick around indefinitely as they reckless attack for 4+ turns (the entire event I did not have a single Bronzeshell Lifeflip on me).

This strategy also allowed me to get past the Gummy Dragons in the current Ultimate Challenge. In this case they did Lifeflip, but the Gummy decoys did their full-heal move when there were two Bronzeshells at 1-hp at the same time, again capturing them in the Reckless Attack loop. This once again allowed me to get past a challenge I most certainly would not have been able to overcome otherwise.

And these are just two recent examples! Oro has similarly carried me in Story Missions and all manner of other online events. And this isn’t even to mention how nice Double Knockback can be when you’re dealing with a frontline mon that’s causing trouble.

In conclusion, I’m not saying Oroblazer should be S tier or anything like that, but it’s insanely advantageous in PVE (especially for weaker teams) and as such I really think a boost up to B or C tier would be more appropriate.

Thanks for the input! I looked back and it seems I used to have them in A tier then dropped them to E tier at some point, without any written reasoning (I did it when moving to this new thread, I think). You’re totally correct how they can be used to cheese some battles, depending on how the AI reacts to the Bronzeshells. I think what I decided is they’re part of a quite specific build around and they’re not the monsters which actually get the job done. Monsters which are simply tools for something specific I put a little lower. They’re also outclassed by the likes of Bundleblazer and Dualdragoon.

However, I agree with you that E tier is too low for what they offer. I’ll put them higher up.

Is there anything in the SEs PvE tier list you’d place lower?

I have a ton of them I will list them soon

say mojinator @DMG_PREM

Well sorry can’t list them just realised my thought process will be based on challenges with SE.
But still I think these are some of them that might recieve some change .

  1. Desp doubles (all 6 elems peggasiah , venti kaizer etc ).
Apart from vaintokaizer , peggasiah others are not that good and are not worth s,s- tier they should be lower.
  2. Bitterbeast : i personally feel it’s not that good now when we have some really decent stun absorbers , i know is good for stun protection (especially with how long it can survive ) but really not worth of s+ tier
  3. electric cheetah : stun entrance is good but really only one time use and now since we can’t pot +9 on him i guess we might decrease him (also the moveset is really trash).
  4. virizardon is trash .
  5. lavamane is really not that good as a 400 sec bomb guy.
  6. shiny atlanteon is only good in link fire setup should be in s- / A tier since the tier list is about the monsters use in general
    Now for the increase part
1)Dino raider is better than frost rider especially with the addition of a new passive.
2)cryptblade is really good with sacrifice reanimate. There are many other better revival mons but this one has good speed (accelerate teamate)and the ability to sacrifice self to remove itself is really good .
3)gnashjaw is worth a tier with catapult , bloodcrave and next in line bronzeshell that can be placed a bit higher than C tier
  7. vinegazers are easily a top tier S+ se mons
That guy is good in UCs , SCBs and every other pve event except timeattack and dc .

Even buffbuffalo , frost rider, mojinator can get a decrease , shiny virrabit as well

u did me proud

From what perspective are you saying this? Doing end-game content or going through some of the earlier battles? I remember them being a lot stronger than most SEs because desperate double is a reliable and powerful move and you can pass time for survivor too.

Thanks for all the rest of it. I’ll reconsider those monsters.

I am speaking with respect to the newer players , with what i have noticed not a lot of new players had even evolved those .Two kills that two waiting for opponent to put things on lower hp i don’t think that is good .
Well i haven’t considered the survivor theme on them maybe that is good .
I will suggest going to discord and ask about there opinion since a lot of new users are there .

I wonder what they’re choosing to evolve instead. I think they’re missing out on a lot if they don’t go for the desperate doubles. They were far and above the best SEs from the original ones back when I started and these days while there are lots of good SEs new players can get their hands on I feel they must still be pretty good

Vinegazer S+ no question.
i would also consider Horrorclaw as being higher than B tier. it does no damage granted but it is a mirror revenge protector and VS any kind of buffed enemy that is an advantage.
Dark Death revenge Abyssoldier is better than the majority of monsters in E tier VS AI, it is a cloner which is always useful. and the death revenge speaks for itself. F tier is harsh.
by contrast i think thorhoof, and Blazerider (definitely good especially now buffed but not S+, maybe S) are too highly placed.
I would also say having nectareon lower than the majority of monsters in S tier is madness. i would much rather have it in my PvE team than say Vulcagia or Titanwolf.

Solo clone and needs another A.S. for revenge
I don’t think he’s good

the fact that he has solo and clone in one move makes him automatically F tier

The protect is solo too… that’s the most ridiculous thing. You need the second to arrive on the battlefield for the DR to be active but once it does you cannot use protect. So for it to work as a monster you probably need another abyssoldier and even then you need to chain together the two moves without a teammate dying for it to actually work. It’s horrendous design
