🏆 Neo Monsters tier list (see first post) 🏆

Here’s a look at the legendaries which I think are best for PvE as well as mentioning some of the strategies to consider. I hope you like it!

Why’d you put goldtail in the thumbnail?

To troll  I’ve done it a little in each thumbnail. Also, I don’t want to give away all the monsters in the video so I’m putting some monsters that look like they would be good enough for it but aren’t actually in the top 10

You and Gary are becoming more and more similar every day

Haha I said at the beginning it’s literally me pulling stuff from the tier list. You shouldn’t be disappointed about it not being mentioned… you should be disappointed by how low it is in the tier list these days :stuck_out_tongue:

What can the devs do to fix Persephia

Change assisted dusk into power slash (160TU).

She’s just a bit too clunky to line up and take full advantage of her potential. Having something that isn’t massive TU as a fail case would make her easier to use effectively I think. For example, take the case where things are going well for your team… you don’t have more rocks spawning so you’re forced to use a rebirth move that you may not want to use or a 250TU kill all enemies (non-piercing), which may give up your good position entirely.

How about having a self sacrifice blood move like baublebasher but can ignore stealth OR hold ground instead of rebirth end??
That would even prevent her from being a dead weight

Or catapult next for awakened form. I’d also love for her to have a way to kill off rocks so she doesn’t self rocklock her team

I don’t think it’s her “becoming dead weight” so much, just that she can’t repeatedly throw next if you’re ever in control and at other times she won’t easily line up something to throw. The rocks are the dead weight, if anything, not her. With a good option for those times when she can’t do her main game plan she shouldn’t run into the clunky problems.

Tbh I feel like this is the lazy solution. In the old days everybody used to say “give it a speed buff” to every weak monster, these days it’s “give it piercing”. She really doesn’t need piercing when she’s got 70TU one-shotting. She needs the moveset itself to run more smoothly. Removing the kill restriction from the rebirth moves went a long way to helping that but she’s still a little too clunky at times.

I like the other idea of a way to remove rocks from the battlefield. Perhaps one of the rebirth moves could be upgraded into:
Token rebirth (30TU, infinite use) - kill a token teammate and add it next in line with a Rockoid behind it.

That’s similar to what I was thinking, it would pair excellent with power slash. Although it wouldn’t keep her from rock locking herself

Fantastic move up for Harley @Killerdog, bravo :prince:

Move bundleblazer to s+ in general please.
This guy is a god of disruption better than lunartic
24+ bronze shell on one repulse .
Infinite bronzeshell if u add a wavetail.
The best option for beginners . Very good with OoO teams and if you are planning to do stuff like revolutionize , bomb curse it kills them with his poison neglecting their revenges.
Some other nasty combos with magga OOO fl as well .
Very good for charging other monsters as well
4 bronzeshell and novadrake will one shot even 8k-10k monster same with other guys .
The best mons in hell mode .

Yeah I put it up into S tier for all those reasons. The thing is that it does have quite a specific build for it and you still need other monsters to win the fight. For a veteran I feel it can make a battle very easy but it won’t always work perfectly. I’m not sure about the revolutionise use to avoid revenges because that’s a lot of monsters working together for that effect plus you don’t get to take advantage of the bronzeshells it adds (if you leave it on the battlefield for long enough to add those, you then need to wait that long for the poison to kill things).

I get what you’re saying and it’s definitely super strong when built around for PvE. OoO setup then repulse it before it can pass back over will give you an easy win a lot of the time. I’ll definitely consider it for S+ but I think it asks more than Purpie, like how Vinegazer is in S tier rather than S+.

You can also use Wavetail to make it just spam Parasitic Curse!

Yes broken stuff.
I generally do this kill an mirror revenge (tortogeist small guy ) and then bring in wavetail at 2 places late.
2 permanent bundleblazer + infinite bronzeshell summoning it sure is very fun .
After the release of wavetail I have worked with a lot of different pve comps especially ones for creating dead weights .
This is why I love pve more than PvP a lot of different stuffs to try more than PvP

Unless u get bored of toooo many shells;-;

Sure, but that requires owning a specific other SE (something that the general tier list definitely does not assume). If anything it should be a reason for Wavetail to be high up, which I just did by moving it to S- tier. I’ll try out Wavetail a bit and see if it deserves S or S+ tier.

Yes thats the only bad part of this strategy .
