Grabbing a kill at 3-4 tu guaranteed is a game changer in itself, that alone while giving them a dead weight is just the cherry on top

Let’s talk the big differences…
Nyx being much lower surprises me. I imagine your low ranking is due to your personal experience trying her? She’s definitely a weird one and people’s perspectives have been all over the place. I’ve found her hit and miss but always feeling worthy of a good spot in the tier list. Recently I’ve been thinking of dropping her to S- but lower than that feels too far.
Lilithia has been really hard to judge, particularly because she’s best in things like mythic spam so then a fair comparison would be when you’re battling mythic spam and that’s when they likely have piercing to nullify the benefit she offers. You might be right that she should be lower. Antidote being weak is also annoying.
Leira I get how from the mindset of combo enabling / set up this is a great tool. Same story with Nightingale. I’d personally count Nightingale as better because she has uses beyond that and is better on the field after the initial entrance but Leira is better for things like true hit / guardian execute set up. Ultimately this is just me making the judgement call to put it low with an asterisk saying it’s for combos. Sorry if that’s inconsistent with the way I rate anything else. I will however say that I think S+ is a stretch because I meet this monster semi-regularly and often either line up two turns in a row to kill it on entrance and their combo kind of falls apart or I find a way to get the Leira stuck on the battlefield / being very underwhelming with the Moogong it creates. So I’d say you’re probably valuing the ideal scenario too highly.
Sivanna you already commented saying this is assuming she gets backbite again. Fair enough, she’s a solid monster with that move. I do think there’s a few alternatives to her out there and she’s not the big standout among them so S tier is probably too high but I can see that with personal preference.
Goliatherion is really interesting here. It’s another that’s very hard to rate and yeah it’s very powerful when it comes up. I loved the look of this on release but haven’t had much insight from people into it. The best setup I saw was FL behind a wall of protectors.
Sepheris seems totally wrong to me for this to be high. Is it for hurricane? Otherwise this is simply terrible now that mythics are common and defences are high. There are far better stunners and forms of sleep protection.
As for all the “couple of tiers difference”, there are plenty here I’d want to pick out and chat about but this post is already long enough so I’ll just make a few sweeping comments:
You’ll notice that there are many more +2 tiers than -2 tiers, which is basically due to me trying to keep things spread over the 9 tiers and because you don’t have E tier in yours. So when it comes to monsters +1 tier in yours, many of them are likely in a very equivalent place by comparison.
Most of those monsters 2 tiers higher in yours are ones that I’ve dropped over time due to them being niche or outclassed. A couple of exceptions are Nagandia and Persephia. Those ones I can absolutely respect being higher than I’ve placed them. I think those monsters are great. The other exception is Nightingale, which I already mentioned above.
The monsters which are 2 tiers lower in yours I can respect why you’ve put them lower. I still think Cynthia is very strong but I have so few datapoints on it from recent years. XYZ-999L people have very different viewpoints on so there’s a lot of personal preference for where it’s positioned. Uraniumedhus I’ve probably got too high. It’s great at taking out monsters when it gets turns but it’s so easy to kill, unreliable and if you try to do much other than the 50TU move then it’s out of play for ages not helping at all. The poison immunity buff has become a serious counter to it too. Woolala is basically a way better version. I think I’ll drop Uranium right now, thanks for inadvertently highlighting it.
I’ll sit with X here, and I’m saying from my experience
Just her entrance and his SS are enough to rate her at least B, in the new myth meta is so powerful hurricane skill messing the enemy’s team true the timestrike sucks but natural selection can be more helpful than u think, believe me, just entering and using the SS makes the job done tier F is definitely too hard for her
Out of curiosity, why is Rozaliz first form black here?.. could this be a snitching on oneself moment? Gary would be so happy to see this
Not really, Rozaliz wasn’t shown in her first form in the SCB. She simply wasn’t there.
Players who haven’t hatched any copies of her just don’t have her first form unlocked in the dex.
And it’s kind of hard to actually see the first form of mythics in gameplay unless you hatch them yourself or they appear in an SCB.
Nyx has dropped significantly for obvious reasons, CW completely destroyed nyx, albino has way too low tu that it doesnt matter if it gets 100% increase. Pandora can easily come and pullback a monster and convert the others, cinder can come in at 83 speed and remove any dead weight, vixian is common in the FL where it used to counter nyx teams, shields are all over the place that you need piercing monsters and she gets outshined by the flower
Lilithia there are tons of piercing monsters and poison is all over the place that her shields dont really matter much she can be a sitting duck most of the time, plus she is free food for carmellete
Leira Hands down without question is superior to nightgale, she setup monsters such as enorax for full team sweep and carmellete and asmodia for kills just by her entrance, not to mention that she setup stun and gives monsters at the back to support tengoku entrance again while those summons have send back which will enable you to chain things but her most precious gift unlike nightgale is that she buys you time to setup where nightgale the next monster in line could pose a threat. Its not surprise that you see her topping my list and the Chinese lise too
Goliatherion is a monster that can kill faster than all monsters excluding those with entrances when accelerated, it doesnt matter if you have shield holding ground etc its a kill and the setup can be done extremely easily
Sepheris never underestimate roaring entrance and stun, her shuffling skill can ruin many teams specially those poison teams and pandora users.
Cynthia is low because she fails in the speed of 50 where she can not be played with nyx and is considered too slow for fast monsters, on the other hand shields like i said are all over the place, if you are not playing piercing monsters prepare to lose automatically
XYZ-999L is the dream monster you want to face when playing a van sith stun counter setup, basically stun him get turns and then convert him into a lamp, and with pandora each time converting the box into another box your stun counters get a turn, he will lose you games more than win you
This guy had to learn the hard way why you shouldnt play XYZ and immediately took him off and faced me the next game without him
I see, yeah the meta shift has meant there are lots of bad matchups for the fermata setup and I agree Mortilys does the low speed setup better. Very fair points and no doubt why she’s less common at the moment.
What Goliatherion setups do you think of that are good?
Yeah shields are a big problem for her. Auto-poison is the best thing to combine with her! That said, having auto-poison around is an extra condition so it’s not guaranteed plus it requires a little team building.
A few extra questions for you:
What are your thoughts on Persephia? You have her listed a couple of tiers higher than I do.

Goliatherion there are many ways i would play him, CW is the easiest to pull off, and AP spam with the shield protector giving acceleration
The strongest will be a backstab with nagandia green whale and 5th being bradlith
Persephia has the best passives immunity to stun and sleep and if the opponent doesnt kill her quick he basically lost the game because she will summon so many protectors and can get rid of dead weight while also giving entrance monsters another shot. Slash all + give turn is basically game over
Brynhildr: there are too many dark monsters and revenge monsters that she can kill without triggering their revenge, while also having the ability to summon them on your side
