why is lucifelle in E tier for PvE?

i feel like when you compare her to some of the other monsters she should really be somewhere around B tier in general. she is really good in events like GOH, DOV even time attack with some give turns.
I would agree that she is B in General and S-/A for PvE. Amazing for BQ and autoplay.
Iād consider swapping Sakura and Lemon around in PvP. Sakura is slow and often doesnāt get a turn in todayās game, whereas Lemon makes an instant impact when she comes in and can single handedly win games

Other mythics offer much more or donāt require extra effort to make them work. Lucifelle is slow, relatively squishy, doesnāt naturally get a second kill and the one guaranteed kill it gets is 160TU so by the time youāre actually sweeping with double bloodthirst an enormous amount of time has passed. You donāt want to be using instant backbite in PvE most of the time and there are better targets for give turn.
As you say, there are places she can be useful. However, youāre pretty much better off with Delugazar, Auraleus, Kuromasa, etc. in those scenarios.
Yeah I dropped Sakura to S tier and was wondering about going further. Its clunky moveset and low speed have always been its struggle but the overwhelming power it has made it among the top despite that. Now weāve got a bunch of mythics with similar power level and not the downsides this has I think itās going to end up S- / A tier. Comparing it to Lemon is an interesting one because they play very different roles in a team and Lemon has its own struggles, but youāre probably right that Lemon > Sakura in todayās age where Sakuraās stun protection isnāt quite so important.

Zephyramus is a really tricky one to rate, F.D. Maeve also. Iāve got them both noted down for review because I plan to move them. They require building around in specific ways so I want to knock them a bit lower for that reason but they can also be great in the right matchup.
Are you doing a pose with the tier list again?
Itās more that I think Lemon should go up and Sakura down on their own merit as opposed to a comparison. Just made sense to suggest something goes up if you ask for something to come down or vice versa .

@LemonSqueezy Makes absolute sense. Thanks for the input. I wish Iād seen how people are running Lemon these days. Iāve met her in maybe one PvP battle in the last year. Itās kind of wild how much some of the stronger mythics see so little play even though itās clear from the moveset that it should have a place in the meta. I blame @NMEduck for championing Asmodia so much

Lemon slaps especially if you awaken a bunch of sleep immune - Selene just made the whole Lemon EG even stronger.
I havenāt got back to my old Kunomi Harle shell manip EG after I got Lemon because it is that good to seal the deal on close matches.
This is a fun team so itās not super competitive, but I got Lemon from the most recent egg so im running her with Persey and Nyx to try a different way to play Nyx. Persey because it will get changed to insomnia next season. 2 rebirths on a Lemon is really strong. Y Ddraig Goch for obvious reasons 
but also because it has more value behind a Lemon.

Wonāt be meta if every other team is Asmodia Poison. But there are ways to deal with that too.
I think itās wild that Candy isnāt in F tier. Sheās severely limited to a full link team (literally no other element allowed so transient bash only) As a mythic, that is downright horrible. Her only saving grace is, that it does allow two link teams at once.
Deviladus 2nd form has bloodfury now, weird. I thought it was BT, but nope. Only one kill needed, needs some reviewing.
Selene low tu, ohko moves, 3 of which ignore hg. Tanky af and decent speed. Thatās at least S. Her only healing move come around every 102 seconds. While it is full heal, she sometimes canāt get 3 kills in that time. At the very least, itās a guaranteed 1 kill every 102 seconds. She also suffers from success, especially if forced to hit DR, her moves being low tu meaning more often than not, ap prevents her from completely wiping a team or triggering an undesirable revenge.
As for 2nd form, the tu is 60 seconds for whatever reason while Awakened is 40 if modified to +0 to test. Weird, but makes that 102 seconds for healing a staggering 180 Seconds, a literal lifetime in terms of neo.
Sivanna in C tier feels really weird, her revenge now being piercing and a def boost on top of that plus that sheās the og void queen with even more kill potential. Sheās a menace.

As for Keiser himself: His moves are limited, only able to GT twice. However, it does need a tu cost for that move rather than a simple switch with tu, given the speeds at which the ED all enter.
