Monday is a bank holiday in the UK. Iβm preparing an update, should hopefully have it released tomorrow (or at least partially released).
Well alright then!
Update
Notes:
I havenβt updated this in a long time so what Iβm doing is three updates. This is the second, moving all the monsters around. The final one will add all the new monsters into the tier list.
So this update vaguely covers changes that happened in version 2.42 - 2.47 which you can see here. However, it also has general shifts based on community feedback, my changing perspective and reshuffling from new monsters entering.
Please bear in mind I didnβt have proper notes taken on the suggestions and it was thousands of posts/messages to trawl through so instead I skipped that and just did small things I remembered. Please kindly make your suggestions again if they are still relevant.
Also, I left out almost all reasoning to save myself the hours it would take to write (plus this post would be ridiculously long - 61 of the 98 mythics are moving!). I can obviously give reasoning on request. Also, Iβm aware that a few of the tier lists have become top heavy (super epics both list and legendaries PvE), Iβll fix that at some point.
Some quick highlights from the version updates:
- Lots of new sound effects added
- Taunt now blocks raw-style moves
- Multi-target poison eater moves cannot target poison immune monsters
- Added another passive to a lot of older legendaries

wolhammer going up? could you please explain why?
ps rhinedragon in S+ on both places,in general i could understand cause guard of midas is incredible in hellmode with aurodragon but still, why in PVP?
Some of those movements are ridiculous but I wonβt even start since ultimately it does not matter at all what this list is.
Its Really painfull see this . He was my strongest myth ,and also my first awakened myth. He is become bad even they not nerf it ,tanky PVP meta really kill him.
i am one of rhinedragons biggest advocates an i donβt think people realise just how strong he is however i think he should be S tier for PvP. S+ for PvE makes complete sense. he can be a really good sweeper with the ability to heal himself while being protected by his summons. but his lack of sleep or stun immunity holds him back from being S+ imo. he can however purify himself from poison.
Iβm probably going to awaken it next. Bloodserve and Guard of Midas was a fantastic upgrade!
Sheβs easily A tier
Tanky+Piercing Payback without weakness+Void Blood skill+also can remove token and fight AP spam
Better Donrilla imo, 59tu/42tu critical skill always available
I was a bit too harsh on him on release. Heβs not gone super high, just a reasonable adjustment to what is probably more fair.
So instead you write a nothing post? Please do share some of your opinions, itβs useful information and I wrote above how I couldnβt go through all the messages from recent months so thereβs probably a bunch of opinions people shared that I intended to factor in but forgot about.
Yeah Sivanna is one Iβm a little unsure of, itβs still early days on the buff. Sheβs definitely better than Dragulus but I think she very much needs to backbite something. I was always a fan of using her as a tool to play a high speed situational monster that you intend to backbite if it doesnβt line up. She works great for that, plus might simply be a nightmare to remove and a top choice for negating revenges.
Iβm hesitant to get too hyped though, since youβre unlikely to get a kill without backbite, thereβs no immunities and she doesnβt have low TU sweeping. So basically nothing standing out as super powerful other than void sweeping and DR that isnβt countered by payback killer.
I was honestly amazed there wasnβt a lot of talk about Rhinedragon after it got buffed. It became the best monster in the game for a short time, until the next update they made it create 1 cursed goldoid rather than 2. I stayed quiet because I was going to ask for it to be nerfed (didnβt get around to it in time, they luckily caught it quickly).
Basically itβs consistently killing every 50-70TU while healing itself off hold ground. It also creates a DR protector thatβs going to both make Rhinedragon harder to kill and cause a significant nuisance to your opponent. Literally the only two things holding it back are low speed and low defence. A lack of sleep/stun immunity really isnβt a big deal when youβre sweeping at this kind of low TU, getting to choose whichever enemy you like each time. With any acceleration or behind protection itβs an easy win condition.
Okay I will, but donβt feel attacked by any of those. You made the movements based on the current state of the game? I mean, including last update right?
Janne playing it in frontline ignoring his entrance should be enough of a sign if it is strong.
So why is Giehretus not being ranked already? I know it got nerfed hard on the second form and a little on awakened but it still warps the game around it with good enough skills that it is not a deadweight. I remember it being released when I last quit which was months ago and there is still no evaluation on it?
is it because of terrorize being a good disruption alongside leech supporting hold ground PLUS poison immunity getting a niche buff?
Of course not. I welcome peopleβs opinions just not personal attacks on me, random rude comments about the tier list or frustration because the change they wanted didnβt happen. Yes these movements are up to the latest game update.
As explained in this tier list update and the last, the new monsters will be added in a third update. I split it up.
Poison immunity doesnβt matter here, what matters is terrorise is pretty good and I didnβt properly evaluate Wolhammer with that move versus what other monsters were doing in D tier in PvP. I bumped Wol up in PvE because 100TU piercing killing is very nice and Wolβs ability to heal is more than I gave it credit for.
imo he should be moved up in PvP also. having a sleep immune monster with instant purify is a lot better than people seem to realise.
