Yeah i dont do pve
Rosegeist ? Lol
You really think it deserve s+ am surprised if you do
That is a funny one to see. Geomagnus is outclassed by too many monsters doing a similar thing now that you basically shouldnāt consider it over them, which puts it very low. Terrordragon isnāt a good monster but long ago when poisoned burst got a big buff I moved it up a tier. The teams youād play it in should set this up and so it does 130TU sweeping anything you like each turn, with detox blast if things go wrong and poison massacre if it lines up. The problem is that in high level PvP none of us are using those teams.
So the tier position for Terrordragon is respecting that it does have strength in the right teams, probably in lower level PvP. Whereas the tier position for Geomagnus is disrespecting it because itās outclassed too much.
of course, Iāve been using it since its release, itās never been disappointing. On the contrary, he does his job well; it is not a dead weight, it is capable of reversing an extreme situation. All moves are useful, chrono monsters are everywhere these days, so it can easily charge double broodcrave in just 59tu. The SS is so good because it allows him to buy time for himself or an ally. It has an infested terrain and the poison chomp there where there are no chrono monsters. The mutual inversion is not there to raise these HP but to do that to tanky monsters. I usually use it on Carmilla, Merganser or Vixen so they die killed by the poison before their turns. He belongs where he is.and it works alone or with poison monsters. He is also incredible with a give turn ally
More like a S to me
Thereās no way rosegeist is better than scorpiogeist lol
You donāt have it so you wouldnāt know
when will you get the bug mythic girl to make your poison endgame >>>>>>>>>> stronger
at the same level as scorp? Nah .
how good is venom chrono killer and poison chompās damage again? just asking.
venom chrono killer kills all except onyxia and sakuralisk and poison chomp kills anything that is not booster. if Iām not mistaken it inflicts 5k+ damage to plumesilisk
5k sounds pretty good, mutual inversion, swift terrorize, double bloodcrave and the passives are what makes this monster work to the top
Exact. But unfortunately is unfairly underestimated
@Killerdog I just saw that you put Akhekhion in S- why? I would have put it in S + / S

Thanks guys for the input and the discussion. Itās really nice seeing the activity here. I donāt mind the pings at all. I especially enjoyed seeing the email pop up including this lineā¦
Funnily enough, this is exactly one of the reasons why I moved it from S to S+⦠I do genuinely think itās stronger. Take the nostalgia glasses off for a second (remember that Scorpio has been nerfed 3 times since it was actually broken):
- similar speed (60% vs 49%)
- similar defence (full attack vs standard attack)
- both auto-poison all and raw (although Rosegeist doesnāt have to be)
Then where it differs is the active moves. Scorpiogeist can kill two on the first turn, but then itās completely out of play and continues with 200TU double sweeping. So itās got a bigger initial impact but then is much weaker. Rosegeist ākillsā at 100-130TU on the first turn, with a chance at a 70TU kill and then does continual 130TU double sweeping. It also comes with the flexibility to push an enemy back, can handle defence buffed enemies, can set up kills for teammates and can kill regardless of poison after the first turn. All of which makes it far more reliable than Scorpio and a better monster to have on the battlefield.
All that considered, Scorpio is only worth considering over Rosegeist for the end-game, where all you need is a big impact and if your monster goes out of play it doesnāt matter because youāre losing anyway if your big impact monsters havenāt done enough to let you clutch a win. Stun converter also plays into that big impact idea, because itāll potentially let you get extra kills on the first turn, but further forward in a team the chrono weakness might make Scorpio way too easy to kill.
Rosegeist you can basically play anywhere in a team. Auto-poison all is extremely powerful and its got very good, reliable sweeping power that handles all the stuff we meet nowadays (e.g. defence buffs). I think itās a perfect example of a top notch PvP legendary sweeper in 2023. Itās quite surprising how much itās slipped under the radar.
