Agreed.
I will always respect those who can build teams, make good decisions and be creative above all else. But the whales keep the game going.

That’s why I am coltraz,kd fan.I watch their all video except SCB challenge.
I am remember at least 4 myth spammer copy your FL (Suikenshi, plume , sakuralisk, prixis , Soral). I thought with more myth they easily make good Frontline but I was wrong😅, they still copy your team .
Tbh copying teams has always been a really big part of the game at all levels of play. It’s what the majority of people do because it takes a lot of time, effort and expertise to develop teams by yourself. I see copying as an important part of the learning process and it’s very helpful when the community shares how to play/build certain strategies.
That said, of course there’s a bunch of negatives about it and you’d hope people also experiment themselves, especially once they’re experienced. At some point they should only be using other people’s teams as inspiration for ideas then make it their own in some way.
OK, I understand what you mean about “it’s okay to copy teams from other players”
But I want to clarify something here. Do you think “copying” another player’s team shows that they are good at team building? or is it just the opposite?![]()
Copying other people’s teams is not glorious, but it is the fastest thing for most people to learn and make progress.
It’s probably frowned upon by advanced players; but new players do look for references and personally I don’t see it as bad, in fact I think the guides and videos that many players make with accessible monsters are very good; Not everyone has 13 mythical awake lol
That’s true, although there are some players who copy so heavily so often that it’s stunted their teambuilding. This type of copying is probably what led Gp73 to his auto poison + dream world combo ft. giehretus slowing his own reinforcements. Mvp would be the view enemy team feature. That probably led to an overall decline in teambuilding skills.
On the other hand, taking inspiration from what other people run and learning how to work certain combos into your own teams or finding a better way to run something can make some truly powerful teams tho.
A player like Gp73 is very worthy of sympathy and help, because he doesn’t have any idea of building a team. He is always bullied but still loves this game, so he takes the road of copying others to maintain his love for this game.
I agree. I’ve greatly helped him get most of his top spots so it’s essentially a joint effort.

Lot of interesting changes in this update… Maplesragon got proper nerfed. Lots of middling legends got random ■■■ passive skills added.
Like, the new skill for Prismaryx is neat and keeps with the theming of the monster, but… It will never ever be useful lol.
Every time I see a big update I think “oh they’re finally going to nerf some of the stupid powerful mythics,” but nope again.
Prismaryx has been begging for a buff for years. I remember when I first played Neo Monsters when it came out and Omegasdragon and Prismaryx were my favourite monsters because of their cool design. I never got them in my first account but I have Prismaryx in my new account and have tried to use him multiple times but lets be honest he is GARBAGE.
This monster has potential. Its prism concept is REALLY cool art-wise but they have refused to unlock his full potential ever since its release.
SPECTRUM FORCE has got to be the lamest excuse for a passive I have seen in a while. What were they thinking? Don’t get me wrong there were good changes made in this update but to me it looks like the type of update they started working on but rushed at the end before it release because most of the passives they gave to old legendaries are a complete joke. No reworks, no TU changes. People have already suggested that a great way to buff old legends would be to replace their AOE moves or moves like GIGALUX or GIGASPLASH. If they wouldve approached the buff in this manner, I believe most of the buffs would have been significantly more impactful.
Very dissapointed.
I don’t think he’s garbage, I like the dude. I use him to set up retribution/slayerbane attacks for other monsters.
Specifically, mons like Angelion and Padrinorca use them as their only reliable gateway to set up blood moves, but on PvE when the enemy team has 20+ monsters it’s not viable to let a FL member die just for that… So i use Prismaryx, the rock is a guaranteed kill off the bat, and now Angelion and Padrinorca both get blood moves charged without a sacrifice. Then Prismaryx can go on doing his thing, and the others continue to get kills. And the rocks absorb an attack or two in the meantime. (I could accomplish the same with surikaizer but I always eek more kills out of Prismaryx.)
Other than that he’s not super useful. Love the art though. If they had simply specified that more than 3 different types be on the battlefield at once it would have been amazing. Or, if more than 3 types on the field he gets piercing.
What they settled on is insane, surely the devs must have known the conditions for that passive to be useful are astronomically low…
Also a little bummed that Kattmander got a nerf to the SS. I was just about to UE+SS him one the rare ingredient event started, now I’m not so sure.
I’m glad Katt got nerfed purely down to how common it was ![]()
I never understood why it got nerfed it was not that impactful in the game,
It was only good to counter nyx and dark spam
I think the new legend was made just especially for @DMGInterference
The Arboreal God of Death will surely be pleased ![]()
