Kill them before they duplicate and they are gone. No more annoying.
While the rest of the legendaries average out to 2-3 kills before dying…they are most of the time 1 kill critter and that is provided their random death revenge dun hit someone with hold ground…their good for nothing duplicates are also the subject of death when dealt with poison gas and auto poison…
Something is simply not right and need to change…they need a tiny buff in the form of blood clone and step back…please developers do something for both nebel and cosmo dragon… two of the most useless legendaries in the whole of neo monsters history…><"

Even when it isn’t, if you don’t have more then 4 duplicates then you can kill them all with an attack all. Besides, you won’t even get to make a dupe in the first place. So this is a non issue.
Nebei and cosmo dragon definitely need some love…At least even with a single kill by the other legendaries, they can at least choose who to kill…While nebei and cosmo need to play roulette…can u imagine landing a kill on a rockoid or bronzeshell…what kind of legenary is that…pls give more love to them…><"

Yes please developers…*Pray…blood clone and step back for them…there is a reason they are call legendary…Their current skill set is no different from epic or worse super rare…T_T

At least change their death revenge to a new kind that will hit the monster with the most hp…In this way, they won’t be hitting rockoid or bronzeshell…And maybe give them Survivor instead of Cosmo “Gigathunder all” that can only be use to kill bronzeshell and rockoids…zZz
If a legend requires an entire team built around him in order to function well then something is screwed up.
The thing about nebil is he’s very hard to buff. Consider the relatively recent nerfs to puffoxin and ryno, this was because they were too efficient for their cost. Now consider this: after the first move nebil already has 2 kills. Even if you just outright kill it it breaks even. Furthermore the ability to force your opponent to kill it rather than ignore it is one of its strengths, more often than not taloknight for example will sit around for 300s doing nothing then die just before survivor is charged up.
That being said the power creep means that most legendaries these days have some way of securing a kill, so death revenge is not as powerful as it used to be. I think that blood clone would be far too strong however, since you are forced on to killing it each time.
I think a half decent buff would be to give it something like timestrike or assisted wave, something it can deal decent damage with. Anything more risks unbalancing it
Reworked death revenge to not have habit hitting same monster for twice or three times(lmao) seems good
What about replace protect teammates with a move that absorbs all damage until Nebel is dead (including AOE). Realistically, this would only be one or two moves, but would protect your other nebel dupes from being hit at the same time which seems to be a source of frustration.
loving the ideas still cant understand how the terrible death revengers are have not been buffed till now while newer and better legendaries are getting buffed.
Give him life flip self and increase his speed
If you give him bloodclone the it is still possible to break the bloodclone train. See my post above.
