Cryo has assisted water and is one of the hardest non-crit hitting moves in the game. Cryo is also the fastest assisted user in the game at 57% speed. A good setup will let you completely mop the floor with Cryo and easily kill off half a team in PvP. If for whatever reason you can get a chain of dupes off, 4x assisted Cryo is GG for any opponent stupid enough to let you get there. 4x Nebel is nowhere near as threatening.
Nebel has just a higher atk ultra move that any SE could have. He is also insanely slow and the reason why he dies before he can duplicate usually (<20% speed).
That said, in PvP stun revenge is a bigger deterrent than death revenge, because it can affect the entire team instead of just 1 mon.
I think it’s perfectly fine to have legendarys that are good in pve and underperforming in pvp.
The cosmodragon you guys are talking about can easily win an entire pve battle for you. At least it did for me in the last island challenge. Sleep bomb into create duplicate + switch places and repeat = at least 2 or 3 copies and the possibility for even more in the end or a second sleep bomb into purify to keep going… It felt totally broken op and I sorry, but people who want to buff him more and more seem a bit spoiled to me…
Island challenge has only 10 monsters. This makes death revenge way more powerful in IC then anywhere else. If nebel is only good in 1 event after you have by chance, been able to draft him and a very specific composition of monsters, then something is really screwed up.
Nebel may win you a pve island challenge battle but it is really bad and actually helps your enemy anywhere else.
He underperforms everywhere else. Not just pvp. The one other place he was good in got a large nerf.
It seems many of you believe nebil is nerfed for UC, that is not the case even with changing of Ingame stun bombers to 150 sec you can still make 15+ nebils that should be enough to get you to 300 in UC the 1hp is not really a problem never was in the past as you can bring them in semi healed also you can mix it with Cosmo and you will have to skip against opponents with 3 stun immune in front 5
Te nebil team without Atra only used 1 Ingame stun bomb
I can get about 10 nebels normally with perfect timing of stuns.
I just think that nebelronix should be made a little more useful outside of UC stunbomb teams. Hence the idea to change to bloodclone next + step back. This way you would have a bunch of midgame nebels that you have to chew through to get to the rest of the enemy team.
If you don’t have any shocking entrance it wouldn’t work anyway in any form
If you want to just spam stun bomb and nebil that’s cheap you need stun revenges knock backs like Remus and hani are needed and shocking entrance all very basic monsters
I also have to point out mophiese does not have goldtail and he got 3 place
With blood clone I could make 100 nebils and its Atra all over again
Not in its current form. If you decide to move his game impact to the midgame he would be a lot more viable everywhere else. Plus bloodclone has a lower TU then create duplicate for whatever reason.
Bloodclone trains can still be broken. Doomengine shows that.
I use remus and stun revenges. Still only get 10 nebels. I also use cryptblade for the extra summon stunner and stunbomb.
I still think he is fine he is still the same as before and has always been good at his job
But if you stun to over 1000 then you can create heaps of them and with hani you can make sure they all have enough health
If we give him bloodclone and step back he will be more useful as a midgame disruption monster. And he will still be able to do his job well.
I end up with 1500 seconds after stuns. Gets me 10-13 nebels. With the fact that death revenge doesn’t take into account what the other death revenges target there happens to be around 8-10 monsters killed. This is a lot lower then 16 monsters.
Haniwell dies to a sneeze in UC, and he has a limit.
I don’t want to sound rude but you need to go back to the drawing board I’m happy to help you figure out a strategy for next UC or even tell you how to use nebil and hani if you like
I don’t think every legendary needs to be useful in every gametype. Nebel only comes out for UC. Bahamuzar only comes out for dungeon. Niche legends have their place. It’s thier uniqueness that makes them legends. Instead of focusing on nebel, who actually has a place, how about calling for buffs of actually useless mons like aurodragon.
Nebelronix has 32% speed. This provides ample time to kill him before he bloodclones. If he does get the bloodclone, then the next nebel will have 100 secs before he will be able to bloodclone as nebel duplicates have 16% speed. This is plenty of time to stop the duplicate train. He will not sweep teams unless the devs decide to buff his speed by a lot. Nebelronix has crap defensive stats too. So you can kill some other monster in the time between bloodclone and stepback and then ultra attack all to stop the bloodclone train.
The only difference here would be where the nebel dupes get put. Giving him bloodclone would actally make his duplicates matter all of the time. The one time I can see nebel dupes matter right now is in a close end game. Giving him bloodclone makes his duplicates matter rather then not.
Totally agree…please give nebel and cosmo dragon blood clones and step back…since they both share the same skill sets, otherwise they are virtually useless legendaries…*PRAY HARD
They are seriously useless as legendary class monsters…they can at most kill 1 single random monster and if it hit someone with hold ground, the monster won’t even be dead…Not forgetting that towards the end even with create duplicate…most of the team would have auto poison or poison gas team mates to guard against last biters…So their duplicates are as good as non existent…blood clones and step back would at most even the field and make them more balance, they might still manage to sneak in a kill or two if lucky…Let’s not forget that they are already at turtle speed in the first place…It won’t make them too over powered…><"
