I run nebel AND cosmo in my pvp team and they work really well.

I would love to see shivadragon get a secret skill, maybe a swift slayerbane, or a shield… he is a tank but he does take a while to get going.
he really doesn’t need a ss, he’s hard enough to deal with as he is
Shiva is great, i hatched him recently and he was a *huge* buff for my pve team (+opened some great new strategies for pvp). He is really great, no need for changes.

He is one of the most annoying monsters ever iff paired with protector and sleepers that means game over 80% of the time

exactly TT is the only counter for him with charge sweeper
Him and oakathulhu are pretty much the base of my team. Not down playing his power, I love him. And without sleepers he can easily be killed, & if he’s being gunned for, you never get to build crescendo strike/blast, have to keep hp sharing. He’s good for keeping other monsters alive though.
The thing is, buffs aren’t something you give to just any monster. The purpose of buffs is to help extremely weak monsters to move up in the tiers to improve the balance. All of the current bottom tier monsters are listed at the beginning of the topic, so any buff suggestion not directed at them is highly unlikely to be considered.
Cyc isnt on the list, and even that he is not in a low rank tire i think we can all agree that he needs a small damage boost to be more reliable and less depend on rng. Not a boost to kill electrics like raizen peng and drako, but enough to kill stag, mecha, HG SS and HG aegis (chrono killer, not protector killer)
Give doph instant summon trio and he will be amazing can keep a stun lock
