Apollo was the Greek god of the sun, right? What about changing Apollorexus’ moveset a bit:
Ultrablaze (All) → Sunlight Ray: deals medium damage to an enemy and reduces ATK by 20% until it uses a skill (100sec)
Lifeflip Self → Healing Light
Death Revenge → Twilight Revenge: when this monster is killed by an enemy, it reduces the enemy’s HP to 1 (not weak to Payback Killer).

Lunalord is a big contender to that title but yeah Balancion’s only redeeminf factor is his revenge effect.
I think if he had Equalize (it’s a scale after all) instead of Stealth it’d become way more useful
