Oh god what is this nightmare of a passive 
His moveset as a whole doesn’t seem very practical. Dragonslayer and time breaker are kinda limited and not sure about the passive either… Seems over the top.

I mean, having ALL enemy monsters below 50 seconds is something the enemy can easily avoid. Unless they run only super fast sweepers. In that case, they deserve it

It would need to be one-use otherwise it would be super powerful with give turn. It could definitely be fewer seconds if it’s one use and the monster can’t skip turns to line it up horribly.
