Outrage (130sec): Deals critical damage to a random monster; targets one more monster for each kill this monster has
300sec Volt bomb ( - ): sacrifices the user to stun all enemy monsters for 300 seconds; can only be used after 300 seconds since this monsterās first turn
Soaring (passive): this monster cannot be affected by 0* monsters
So, this mon would have to have both āmeat ballā and load mortar, since he needs to have the standard option available should the other not be available. Doesnāt leave a whole lot of room for the rest of the moveset!
I donāt believe thereās any programming in place for an ability to target 3 monsters exactly; and by extension, an ability that can target any amount.
This sounds like a harsh downgrade from stun bomb. Sure thereās 50% more stun, but 300 seconds is a ridiculous amount of time to wait, considering that thereās 4 star mons able to go off right out the gate.
Is this meant to counter Kurao and Maggat? If so, seems kind of pointless to leave out Grovo. And I dunno if I like this precedent of lower tier monsters being made completely powerless against higher tiers.
I have 2 suggestions for Neomonsters .1 a mythic named Starstrike through all evolutions .2 a legendary named in initial form Trustfowl in evolution Trusthorse and in ultra evolution named Trusteed.
Not only he would be a nightmare to face in UC, and weād see him given heās got DR as well, but give him enrage and he becomes an absolute killing machine in PvP.
Youāre right, I didnāt consider that. Power Slash is definitely too much.
I think giving it a move like Stealthbane instead of Power Slash would be enough to make it powerful but not OP. After all, heās stuck with that move unless there are some specific cases. And switch Death Revenge for Single Stun Revenge.
I know, what I am going to suggest is total suicide as I do have basically a total Payback/Death Revenge team, but I do find UC meta very very static honestly so letās move a little things.
