I’d agree, but stun has so much counterplay that they should have multiple chances to work, which is why I’ve put both stepback and sendback in.
so, the game winning move should have around 3 chances to go off, such that you can have ages to deal with stun protection and win?
Everytime a shocking entrence hit 3-4 monsters its a hard hit to get over. Your monster will be fine with stunning entrence, more then that its op.
Btw, i still wanna see a tweak for shocker to give them another dimension (their only use is enter and sendback, pretty boring and a waste of spot if missed). Changing 1 of their 2 normal attacks to a supportive move (like accalarate) or giving each 1 a different SS would be nice
I’ve got a question for you guys: what SS do you guys think would fit Goldtail?
Maybe swift stealth or insta stealth self. From how I use him or I would guess other people use him I think it would fit. Probaly swift because how good Goldtail is.
Instant shield would be nice
None, thing is broken already.
heres a good one, dual stealth bane
im just kidding though, would just mis because stealth prevents more than one monster being hit at a time … or does it…
Goldtail will most likely get instant shield or get double dreamhunt one time
Instant protect self or instant stealth friend or instant purify would be my SS votes for gold.
Or Sweetfeather’s Purify All
Name: Stunlord
Actives
Stun flash
Stun retribution
Stun pulse
Stun blitz
Ss
Seal
Passives
Stunning entrance
Stun revenge
Whoa. A 100% support monster. But that many abilities to stun would be massively game changing. I kinda like the idea tho…
New Skill: Target Aquired (30tu, target monster’s defense will be halven, only usable on one target at the time)
New Monster (Light)
Active Skills:
- Attack Single
- Confident Strike
- Dreamhunt
- Sleep
Passive Skills:
- Hold Ground
- Poison Immunity
SS: Instant Link Hypnotize
A new monster idea _ zealgod with double hold ground as passive
Suggestion: On release of a new monster, you should post a link to forum with video of the monster in battle. I know thats what featured monster battle in SCB is for, but, would be great to see what they can do in a real battle. i.e. suggested teams etc. and what each individual monster can do. I.e. if i only got this specic monster heres a video of a team he could be used in.
Part of the fun is working out where they can do well and learning by seeing AI teams or other people’s in PvP
I also plan on writing a guide which lists all the legendaries and a general overview of what they have to offer. This would be intended for newer players who’ve picked up a new monster and want a quick idea of what it does, to help inspire their team building.
The test battle in SCB often displays an idea for how to use the monsters but sometimes it doesn’t very well because the featured monsters aren’t intended to go together or it focuses the battle around a particular one. A great example of a useful test battle was in the Zhulong/Tenebris/Azrazel egg where it displayed the FL combo of 78% link cannibalise from Azra with Tene 5th stealthing the team so Zhulong can link sneak attack all at 67% speed on the first turn. The current test battle is no good because the other mortar legendaries are restricted to the other eggs and hence are not included in this battle with Sarcrosphinx.
An in-game encyclopedia would be great.
All skills categories -> all skills -> monsters that have them
Monsters -> skills -> other monsters that have it
stuff like that
Another Monster Idea:
Speed: slow
Actives Skills:
- Attack Single
- Parry (70tu, the next time this monsters is dealt damage it will deal the same amount of damage to the attacker)
- Taunt (30tu, like protect teammates but it only works once)
- Overwatch
Passive Skills:
- Hold Ground
SS: Desperate Bite
Silento:
Watch Me- next source of damage targets this monster
Whip- applies a shield and gives turn to target ally with 20% damage to ally
Nae Nae - random cannon barrage that kills two random enemies, ignoring hold ground and shield
Blood thirst
Passive HG
Passive Stanky Leg - chance poison enemy monsters on entrance
