Awakened Skills:
130 sec Venomous Claw: This hab affects an enemy; deals critical damage if the target has 10 seconds or less. If the target is poisoned this hab cannot be redirected to other monsters; if the target is not poisoned, it applies poison.
70 sec Poisonous Drain: This hab affects an enemy; deals very little damage and then poisons the target. The user recovers part of the damage as hp.
Venomous Bloodlust

passive skills
Feline Stalking: When a poisoned enemy takes the turn immediately this monster reduces its seconds by 15
Toxic Entry Chance +: When this monster enters the battlefield; has a 77% chance to poison each monster on the battlefield; This room can only be activated after 100 seconds have passed since the start of the battle.
Mystic field: Grants stealth to one random monster (enemy or ally) every turn.
Stealth curse: Deals small amount of damage to all monster with stealth. (Not camo monsters)
Idea is, random monster gets stealth every turn and has it removed and reapplied to a random monster again when it’s another monsters turn.
Sealthbreak
Sneak break 130TU - Sneak attack + piercing
Devious attack
Derail 130 TU - Targets 2 monsters, if one of the monsters have stealth then it deals critical damage to the other. (The monster with stealth is unaffected)
Deadly shadow 100 TU - Instantly kill all monsters with camo and stealth on the field
So this idea is all about stealth. If you get a lucky stealth applied then you can kill enemy with piercing moves, but the other options is to use devious attack or derail. Both good moves but lack the piercing aspect.

I would love to see more monsters with decree of mercy. It seems like pvp is full of cannibalize and backbite and I think the only counter is a super epic that can be pretty easily killed
Design shifted to adding lots of monsters with these skills because they play very nicely at smoothing out the functionality of your team in PvP. Honestly, it’s one of the best things to happen to PvP gameplay in this game. I agree it’s good to have more than just one option for countering something like that, but making more counters always runs the risk of making the thing either get pushed out of the meta or otherwise weakening its effectiveness. For something like backstab which is such a positive for PvP I do not think it’s a good thing to do.
For better context…
Without moves like backstab easily accessible, PvP revolves around leaving enemies alive that cannot do much to your team (even more than it already does). Hence, playing any monster which is situational, requires setup or otherwise can be dead weight in the wrong scenario becomes too risky so what people run is all generically good monsters (mostly sweepers). This happens already to some extent, but backstab monsters allow teams to take risks or attempt combos with less drawback. For example, even simple things like union or link somewhat rely on the support of backstab.
Also, decree of mercy + token disruption is incredibly powerful and a horrible strategy to play against. This should not be something that receives support.
You have an issue with the design of this or you find it too strong?
“Retribution front lines” have always been a part of the meta and they’ve sometimes been very popular in certain groups of players, but they’ve never been dominating (very high win rate) at a competitive level except maybe when you could trigger your own death revenge with backstab. Lots of people have complained that they’re too strong, but as far as I can tell it’s a perspective/experience from people playing not quite at the top level since there it appears stronger than alternatives. I think maybe it’s one of the most accessible front line strategies for making a very strong version of it.
