I am new to this game . How early can I find legendaries .Now I am at hero level 20 and master league . Are there specific location ? Please tell me so I don’t waist my time and effort to find them . Thanks in advance .

Wrong game section indeed. Welcome @Astroid. There are several guides how to obtain legendaries. As starter you get quite a lot gems from campaign & side missions. Since your level is low its important never to pay 1 gem to refresh the tickets you have. Save them all up for festival eggs. This means that the chance to hatch a legendary will be increased from 4% to 6.1%. Of course you need as well a bit luck but you can increase your chance overall compared to special eggs.
Try to play with epics and Super epics you get throughout those missions and league (there are quite powerful ones for PvE). Look for guides from moderator @Killerdog.

You can find one legendary in the wild on Cursed Island. It’s called Noxar in the first form.

I hope one day the devs make it possible to catch more legendaries. I remember how much fun it was looking for Noxar and even the super epics.
Great motivator for newer players.
They can be old and weak legends like Doomengine (maybe op for a Noob in PvE) or something. This is more for the benefit of newer players.
What happened to that goldtail you could find on the map lol
