Lets talk about Legendary Monsters that NEED a Buff 
My list and sometimes with ideas:
-Triviathan : Poisen Imunity
-Staticsphere better Moveset lower Tu,more damage
-Ankou : another ss
-Raizn : stun Imune or Converter
-Bahamuza
-Teszcacoatl : more Rockoids ,More Damage
-Katmandar
-Ashterios : stun Imune, stun Counter
-Tri
-Mojinator: ss without link
-Motor
Other Ideas??

Triviathan should be getting a buff soon, I think the Devs have agreed to it now after many bringing it up.
I like the design Staticsphere. You create clones and as they kill off other monsters in your team they end up facing many Staticsphere at once so they’re forced to start killing them off. If they let the older ones start taunting then it can be tricky to kill the new one coming in each time. The damage from the passive is nicely balanced too. However, in practice the first 1-2 Staticspheres sit on the field for too long doing nothing so you basically throw away the monsters you already had out there. This means it doesn’t fit into strategic play at all. I would recommend they do something like make Taunt the SS and 50/25/1TU then keep blood clone 200TU. That way it will start to be a nuisance to your opponent as soon as it gets a turn and won’t leave your team weakened while it’s on the field.
Ankou I totally agree, the SS is basically pointless. The monster itself is good so it’s lower priority but would be nice to see a useful SS.
Raizen I think is brilliant already.

Tezca got a huge buff recently, it’s awesome!
Kattmmander got a huge buff recently, it’s actually good now.
Ashterios is great and will benefit from more good fire monsters. It’s not really a problem with the monster, it’s link fire itself.
Tridrakhan?? That’s an old monster which is very mediocre. I don’t know if enough care about it to give buff ideas.
Mojinator is great, especially in a link holy team. It will forever be hated because people compare its power to Delugazar.
Ashter…never see him at pvp
Tezcacaotl: i test him…its not good…only guy who use him is Starlord…and his team is better without Tezca for sure
Tri (the red one) should have his ss changed to toxic assassinate and have a damage boost
Tri could receive a toxic assassinate as SS 
Raizen is good its dumb he is not stun immune or counter but devs couldnt add him thr auto overwatch passive😒
Rexy still mediocre give him a good passive and get ride of sudden death
Cryo/sucktallion give then blood clone or poison immun
Nebel needs a usefull SS
About the others i will let the owners talk about then
I feel overwatch is good but it ironically makes raizen more vulnerable to chrono killer
Anchor is garbage now.
Ankou needs a new SS, or higher entrance speed, or to reincarnate next like revan rather than randomly. The random thing makes him as much a liability as asset.
Why not both 
Trivinthian with poison immunity will really help.

Raizen - HELL NO.
Bahamuzar won’t get buff, Vkc response was - it is fine as it is atm, but they might look into it in future -_- (same with saintfeather )
Tezca is good after buff he got previously.
Kattmander - NO, with one stun & this guy comes at 98 speed & ss is 1sec, and if +9 with acceleration oh it is really hard to stop, specially neko finisher just goes through everything. So no, it dosent need a buff.
Ash - hmm, I think it might need a LITTLE buff, maybe slightly increasing its speed, but that’s it.
Mojinator, removing link ss will not make it 1sec move , only buff I can see is to reduce its tu for movesets like salvation & mist,
Ashterios is good, his move set is amazing. The problem with link fire is the lack of good support monsters which prevent him from being amazing.
Teza, already got a good buff. He isn’t easy to use but I think he def don’t need another one.
Triv need normal double bloodcrave instead of raw, and lower recoild damage (highest in the game i believe). It will fix him.
Ank need other SS, true. His current 1 is pointless. I remember someone checked and saw he get to make the same number of moves before dying with or without accalarate.
Moji with instant stunflash eithout link sure sound very very awesome. He will stop being hated. But i would make it 50 tu.
For tri:
How about exit plan instead of aoe?

How about giving Tridrakhan roaring entrance and otherwise leaving it how it is or also changing SS to toxic assassinate?
I would use tri for sure if they did this. Venom assassinate tho, please.
Again, ankou is not trash but definitely needs an improvement. Still wish i had gotten Malware - erm, i mean malwing instead.
Motor needs a buff. He has been hit so hard by nerfs he is useless. Genuinely don’t care if he is completely reworked but he has been nerfed way to much
Tridakhan was my first legend from rare eggs, I loved to use it but I stopped using it , damn it also needs some love 
Roaring would be a bad bad thing imo, maybe changing its aoe to something else ??
Also changing poison eater into something else ??
At least motor can still disrupt and get bloodthirst. But i agree its now a shadow of a shadow of its former self.
True about motor - he must have a buff. Nerfed to be weaker then his se version
