Getting a Legendary Dupe sucks right?

Even though you essentially get a legend potion on the mon, it’s a tiny consolation to losing out on a new monster.

Instead, how about if it knocked 1 point from the cost of the secret skill. That way it’s a huge boost to what you can do with your squad. For example a second Hellfox would knock its cost down from 16 to 15, but because it only effects the secret skill, it never goes below 13.

If it’s too OP don’t stack it and just knock off one point.

With that I could have a full legend team of 1 stars the spare potion is good enough as it lowers tu and that’s way better

Yea even with only secret skill cost reduced its still a lot. Veteran will probably have all legend draft. Potion is already good imo

Reducing the cost of the monsters is not a good idea. They’re set to 14-16 in order to bring some balance to the game. Messing with that will ruin the way how things have been purposefully designed. It’s like if pots boosted the damage/defence of monsters… we’d end up with loads of things one-shotting when they shouldn’t and others moves being super weak. Many, many things would have to be redesigned in order to allow pots to do these kinds of things.

A legendary potion is a reasonable reward, especially that we now have guaranteed featured in the 6th pack always. However, I agree it would be nice if legendary dupes gave a bit more. Something like giving +2 to the monster would be nice (better than a legendary potion) and if the monster is +9 already then you get a legendary potion and 5 gems back. For super epics it would be the same but with 1 gem instead of 5. This somewhat compensates for the cost of opening the eggs.

I want to use epic potions on rare or super rare monsters.
