In-game Daily Task, Just input

Now this is better, i agreed :heart: that’ll be lovely hoho, adventure and catching mon in game map or quest from npc in town, and so on it’ll be awesome.

And yes, i suggest this kind of daily task, cz i feel the game definitely need something that’s feels at least there’s kinda objective to get each day.

Well if those above were implemented, even without daily task, the game sure gonna up a notch i believe.

Come on we catch, hatch and develop a mon all those efforts, should be able to make us enjoy the results of it. Hahaha. It definitely awesome.

I already feel like with my ticket max being close to 100 (aka 10 hours to hit), I need to log in and use those up at least twice a day to not miss out on what I could have otherwise done with them.

Granted, that may not always be exciting stuff, but neither is suggested here if I am not mistaken.

Also I agree the balance between “can’t miss those rewards” and “might as well skip that, it’s useless” is hard to strike.

Yeah pinda I completely agree. I am doubtful of any daily tasks being added actually resulting in something that makes people enjoy the game more. To my knowledge, there is already enough game content for people to be getting on with that many people do not find the time to get all the way through PvE events or the max wins in PvP. Many of the more time intensive limited-time events are specifically timed to go over weekends to be easier for people to complete but even so, they can be too much for players. Striking that right balance between giving people fun stuff to do without it being too much that it frustrates / pushes away more casual players is tough.

That said, I can be too pessimistic with this stuff. People might love something like bounties implemented into the game.

Those were some ideas. Of course, if those ideas of rewards I gave are too much, devs could just lower them🤷🏻‍♂️. I just say it’d make the game a little bit more interesting.
It’s true that if you get those rewards I said daily it would nullify farming fruits or silver a little bit. I didn’t thought of it too much since my goal was just to give some examples (as I specified in my post). Devs will know which the best rewards are anyway.

About the mission. These are some examples:

  • Participate in PVP 4 times.
  • Play bond quest 1 time.
  • Play online limited time event 1 time
  • Open friend chest 7 times (you already get 5 for free)
    Etc
    Stuffs you normally “should do” but that not everyone does every day

I think it shouldn’t be that hard. Every other game (with daily missions) implement this balance perfectly

Indeed, i agree with this totally, surely what master KD mentioned up above all well thought, but again if daily task, (such as login; Or do stuff that we actually do everyday) gonna give kind of objective to accomplished. point is; it doesn’t have to be rewards with a lot of stuff, something like achievement or boxes with random rewards could be implemented, i think. or if we go another way, it could be use as weekly rewards options, based on daily activities, surely There’s a lot of opt that dev could put in. Alas, basically i wish there’s something we could looking forward in daily basis, rather than lose interest to continuing to log beside to just grind etc stuff, while waiting to get enough gems to be able to hatch new mon and so on :kissing_closed_eyes:

I think that the trick is to make the missions different. For example, and because I have to mention them at least once per day, both HI and DIB had quests which a). we’re so hard that you probably couldn’t d them without having already beaten the area, or even the entire game, and b). offered little reward for completion. In other words, there was no reason to do them, but a lot of people did them anyway. If a quest is fun enough, has good story/world building, and doesn’t take too long once you are strong enough, people will do it just for fun.

I think that making them give away a particular egg related to the mission, such as an egg with increased chance for storm monsters after fight some kind of storm-based-strategy, would make a lot of sense, and wouldn’t decrease grinding time needed OR resources gained because the items or eggs that you get are new to the game, and exclusive to the quest anyway.

Plenty of games have the kind of daily ,issue since that people are suggesting, rewarding you for doing menial tasks, but that is frankly just a ploy to keep you online. I think that daily tasks/quest that are new and exclusive to the daily reward system would be more interesting, and would fit in more with the unique feel that Zigzagame games used to have.
