Ahhh I must have misread! So basically your idea is customisation on the awakened mythics both in choosing an additional skill (SS) and an additional passive, but it costs resources to later change which one of each you’ve unlocked. I don’t think anyone is fond of spending resources to change customisation but your idea is cool. It’s a leap ahead of what we currently have in the game!
Given that a lot of the game revolves around understanding the movesets of the monsters and planning a few turns ahead, I think customisation to that degree could get irritating to play against. However, I love customisation as an idea.
Here’s another potential…
You have two additional passives (on top of the two standard ones) but they are numbered 1 and 2. Your options are:
- Base awakened monster (15 cost)
- Add SS (+X cost)
- Add passive 1 (+Y cost)
- Add SS and passive 1 (+X+Y cost)
- Add passive 1 and 2 (+Y+Z cost)
So you can only add passive 2 onto the monster if you also have passive 1. You must choose between passive 2 or SS, you can’t have both.
This will allow them to add two passives which are different in strength without people always selecting one over the other. Also, having four passives on a monster would be awesome! It would make it slightly easier to follow when facing the mythic monsters because many of the passives will be displayed, so you can work out what customisation it has.
