I was hacthing rare gems then my game crashed.when i start the game again there was no rare gems as well as failed purchase in the reward box.help me
Are you sure you didn’t receive anything? Try going into list view and sorting by “new” to see if there’s a new hatchling there, and take a look at your monsters’ bonuses the see if one of them might have gone up by 1. See, the game makes the decision about what you got right as you hit the button, as indicated by the flash of “connecting to server”; the process is tied to the online servers as a measure to prevent people from resetting theIr game to undo the exchange, just like the way you can do it in certain console games. If it remembers you spending your rares, it must also remember what monster you received, even if you never viewed the cutscene that comes with it.
So that’s the monster you got then? You sure got him evolved awfully fast lol.
