I just Want to get a new monster and i want to hatch a monster but my internet sever down and i can’t connect for a few hours, and later i connect again and see my gems has lost and in my monster list is no any new monster, so my gems are dissapear for nothing
go to the hatch again. usually it will re-hatch the same thing in situations like this. (it still registers the use of the gems)
You also could have got all dupes so you don’t see new ones
