So today I bought 10 monster at once, sadly the game crashed during the process. I lost all the gems and got no monster. Can some one help me please?

I’ve sent my report saturday but since the supports are having day-off every weekend,
I guess the problem will be solved in the next one or two days.
Don’t forget to put your ID and friend code in email when you report.

Yeah. Mine was solved.
Lost the monsters but got the gems back.
Didn’t get my last gem from story mode
