Lost Rare gem monster ( Fixed)

I have messaged the support yesterday and no reply so I ll try to reach here. Anyways, I used my 5 rare gems and got a blue colored monster( sorry im not familiar with the monsters name because i only played for few days). I logged out immediately because of family dinner. 1 hour later I logged in again and the monster disappeared. I restart my phone, check wifi and relog in using my restore code and it is not there.i know I hatch it because it is the only one with 60 training points. I thought my the hatch was bugged and thpught maybe the rare gems are there but my rare gems are not there as well.

I messaged the support before and quite pleased because my inquiry was quickly answered and now i havent still received a reply so im trying to message here so i can easily reach out. I ve been watching some yt vids and people are hatchig tons of rare gems but it took me a week to farm 2 rare gem from pvp and 120 gems to get the other 3 gems so I really want the monster back or 5 rare gem if the former is not possible.

Yep. I remember I saw a fishlike or some mermaid… I know it is color blue and i know its silhoutte. I logged out immediately after hatching because it doesnt look cool to me and my mother kept bugging me to eat downstair as i was grinding that two rare gems monster in pvp for quite some hours.

Nope i didnt. I only have few monster and i know it is a new one.

Was it a blue egg (mythic)?

Cant remember what it is. I just swiped the app downward in my screen and closing it because i didnt find the monster cool looking. In hindsight maybe i should have kept the app running for a few seconds.

The support sent in my mail the missing monster. It s ok now.
