Hello there, earlier I tried to hatch an egg, but my internet connection was kinda bad. I only had 5 gems and because of my bad internet connection it didn’t work. And all of a sudden I got -5 Gems on my account. I didn’t know that you can have less than 0 gems and appearently I also didn’t get any Monsters. So I lost 10 gems in total. Does anyone has an idea how to get my gems back?

Irrelevant but yesterday I did almost all of the bi weekly challenge so that the yellow missions and one white one was left. However now when I went back in there all of them are undone. What gives @Dev_VKC and @Dev_BRD

The same thing happened to me with legendary potions! The accountant put me -1, at the time not claim because he was new to the game and did not know that you could make such claims … now it’s late
