Didn’t the VKC imply that cheating accounts were banned and they only mentioned account sharing because some players who didn’t cheat got banned too because they shared it with a cheater and not because it was a shared account? I mean they do advocate against account sharing but they don’t ban over it, right?
That’s correct.
Yes, but:
Its exactly the topic of the recent ban thread.
Your F2P too, i guess we all are F2P

I’m not sure you read my post properly…
I am not F2P and won’t ever claim to be. I’m not trying to say anything like that, I don’t care about having a F2P title or something.
The only thing I say on those lines is that the extra gems my account has received have pretty much been cancelled out by the poor shrine luck I’ve had, so the result is my account is equivalent to if I had been F2P but with average shrine luck.
I hope you can see the distinction.
Yeah I do understand why, but also sadly I think most people just find it easier to believe I’m lying/misrepresenting stuff than to engage and understand the numbers to figure out what’s achievable from grinding gems in this game. I mean, just look at you guys jumping on things I didn’t say because you’re reading what you believe I’m saying rather than my actual words.
My recent breakdown of the free gems people can get is the type of resource I’ve been trying to broadcast and I really hope people actually use it to gain their perspective. 8500 gems a year is a huge number. You can get a lot from that!
Okay, genuinely stop with your conspiracy nonsense. I was skipping eggs and carefully targeting things. I’ve slowly collected the good monsters over time. As for the number of gems on my account, that’s purely because I set my “0” at a high number. I’m a hoarder so it’s super easy for me to keep that number. Since the fortune shrine my “0” is 2k gems and I’m typically on 3-4k gems (hatching when I’m at 4k). All that says about my account is I like to hoard.
No, I’d have more. My account surpassed yours in recent years. There are too many free gems available in the game (particularly with the fortune shrine) that I’ve overtaken it. I’m on 30 awakened mythics and 220 legendaries. You’re stuck with mostly older mythics while I have top ones and have all legendaries that I want at +9, which would be true if I’d played your OG account.
I can’t believe you would think people will read it and say: “you know what, he is right, he haven’t gotten any advantage over other people since he had bad luck in his shrines”.
It’s not about you having more than others → you work for that and you deserve it. You just don’t have to hide your advantages behind some luck bs.
The gems you received for you work are deserved but they have not been cancelled out, they have been added to your account. That’s all.
I could say: I bought 300 gems but I got absolutely nothing out of it so my poor luck canceled it out and I am on the same standings as others. No I am not.
Right, but do you see your perspective there is because you’re choosing to not believe me about my poor luck with the fortune shrine?
I agree that I’ve got extra gems in addition, but for the purpose of figuring out what’s been achievable for a player grinding over the years it’s correct to factor things in properly. For that you’d expect the player to have average fortune shrine luck. Back in that controversial post I even said something like “if you don’t believe me then take 1-2 mythics away from my collection and then use that as the example”.
The point has always been I’m using my account as the example, factoring in any advantages/disadvantages my account has had to make it an accurate example. My account is the closest example of what a peak F2P grinder account could be like.
I believe you might have poor luck.
I don’t believe your additional gems have been in any way cancelled out.
Fair enough, that’s the side of it which I’m not going to prove. However, as I said, you can easily adjust for that and still use my account as the example.
No F2P account has around 30 mythics except you, so no one can figure out the secret formula only you
Even with Cuh spending on my account i have almost the same 30 mythics and am spending extra carefully and 6 of mythics are from anniversary
Here’s the secret formula, quoted from the linked thread I put above:
Similarly I have 7 mythics from “half price” anniversary hatching, 4 mythics from 6 star tickets and the 1 free Chronozillion. So it’s been 18 full price mythics which I’ve obtained. Of those, 5 are standard pool that I’ve randomly picked up and 1 from using neo tickets. So I’ve targeted and obtained 12 specific mythics with gems.
Those were:
Carmillette, Selene, Luna, Nyx, Vixenblade, Hazuki, Momo, Fiona, Bastia, Don Rilla, Aethereon, Brynhildr
You are telling me if I save from today till next anniversary I’ll have 6000+ gems? let’s test it out (I will have 120 paids gems so I can buy 4-6 pvp extra paid gems and it’s between 4 to 6 cuz I might use 10 paid gems for certain banners lul)
In theory, yes. Track all your hatches and you’ll be able to easily see how many gems you’re getting each year (number of packs * 40). The numbers can’t lie when you do it yourself, but do take into account how much content you’re skipping. This also means any unspent tickets you have (these should all be used in MBQ when not needed for an event). For example, I know that the one thing I skip is daily PvP gems (I get roughly half of them each month).
