You normaly dont get banned for no reason. Its usualy because of hacks being used by you or someone with acsess to your account
If you belive it unjust @Dev_VKC can normaly take a look and see
If your account was banned for a valid reason you can not retrive it and will have to start over with a fresh account
And finaly this is a english speaking forum so keep your future replies to english only. Thanks🌸

You don’t have to do any of the things people told you. Directly message the neo monsters support email and ask them why your account got banned. They’ll ask few information to confirm if you bought the app or anything in game to verify it which should be easy for you if the account owner is you. Only one dev is active here and they usually respond 10 hours from now and respond to bugs and other things that are general, and almost never really converse individually. Hopefully they’ll get back to you as soon as possible and if nothing ill was done from your side, you should have your account back! ^^
