Can you tell me the reason why this account was banned? It was given to me by a friend of mine after he retired from the tour. Although he no longer plays this game, I still hope I can give him an explanation!

Hmm, that’s weird. Usually bans don’t happen just because of account sharing. Do you know if your friend ever used cheats? Maybe @Dev_VKC could help.

I got some hints. There was a problem before I took over the account, They were right to ban it.I am very helpless, but I also support their approach.

Yeah, that’s probably it. You can still contact the support team for help, but if he used any mods or cheated a lot, the account’s likely not getting unbanned. Now’s not a bad time to start fresh though - the anniversary gems would give you a good head start. :slight_smile:

Just start a new account. It doesn’t look like your friend was far into it anyway and you missed out on the start of the game where you get to play through the story and capture monsters on the islands

Don’t feel sorry for cheaters. They didn’t work for what they got. Feel sorry for the developers of the game who try hard to make a good game that makes the company money only for people to find ways to reap the full benefits of their work while avoiding spending money. Also for how those same developers have to waste time building cheat detection tools and reviewing flagged accounts to ban.

This game is brilliant. Start from the beginning and you’ll have a good time

I love this game, I still remember the first anniversary of the direct delivery of 50 diamonds and three Tao Di and the dark pyramid.I also deeply remember that there were not as many main lines as there are now three diamonds, and five diamonds were drilled once to hatch eggs.I’ve been playing intermittently, and I don’t insist on doing daily tasks until I’m a little free now.The picture above is not the account I am playing with.I have my own account. If that account is banned, I don’t think I will be so calm. I just hope the developers can give me a chance, hahaha.
