Advice, you say? I have a few, although they are just my personal opinion and can be ignored if it goes against your play style. :>

Don’t worry about grades until you finish the storyline. Grades are the letters you see when you try to catch arkadions (arks), the official term for the monsters.

Don’t try PvP unless you have a lot of good arks, and don’t try the Online Mission (OM) unless you have good arks and high lvl arks.

Forget the hatchlings and starters you hear about and focus on getting more common arks at first. Good common arks include leaftooth, jabby, smokepup, clubby, bladeshark, and squirehawk, among others.

Do all the side quests!

Don’t buy gold eggs with your free gold.

Only use the gold cards on arkadions you know you may never see again, such as a grade A cherub or a grade S lavaraptor.

Do the arena!

Read the forum. ;>

If you’re stuck, try farming for a rare arkadion (but not an extremely rare one) like levi, lavaraptor, pearex, sizzler, birdy, and rexy.

Fusions are usually better than normal arks, so go ahead.

Bring stun arks. Stun arks are arkadions that can stun, either passively or actively. These include raioh, stormfox, and sanders.
