This game already suffers from a lot of issues, But the changes made to certain monsters are just unnecessary like mulaem… he can only use raw poison storm once now… kamishogun wasn’t much of a good monster already, but now he’s even worse he’s a fire monster with no fire moves! they replaced it with element massacre! why!.. just why! this game continues to go downhill.

Don’t worry
If element massacre doesn’t have any target it will deal same amount of damage as single AoE skill 1 think (they buffed the damage)
As for Musalem I don’t own it so I don’t know what happened

All damage inflicted by a monster is elemental. Every move is a fire move.
It works quite differently. It hits only monsters of the same element as the target so it’s not really an AoE. The damage dealt is very weak if the target has no teammates of the same element. However, just one other of the same element and it’s stronger than a normal AoE.
1 monster = 0.045
2 monsters = 0.25
3 monsters = 0.45
4 monsters = 0.57
For reference, ultrablaze is something like 0.16.
@Delete I think it’s a bit early to say whether it’s a downgrade for Kamishogun. The damage potential here is huge with fighting spirit. Ultrablaze was nice but never did amazing damage. Assuming you have fighting spirit, element massacre will one-shot most earth monsters if there are two of them and basically any legendaries with low defence (3350 or 3950).

Even if it was true (it isn’t, since it’s the element of the monster that counts, as Killerdog said), then one could argue that since Tricranium, Flocculasaurus and Moku don’t have “moves of their element” either, they’re inherently weaker.
Perhaps the Poison Storm issue you’re referencing is a bug, still did you make sure there were no friendly protectors on the field?
Come on, don’t you think this is a bit of an exaggeration? A small change (arguably a buff) on a monster that basically three people use in PvP nor PvE is far from being a reason the game goes downhill.
This game indeed suffers from some balance issues, but it’s not a problematic game by any means, I’d say it’s even well above average as far as gachas are concerned.

I sometimes thought that the game is boring but I thought it because when the PvP is stopped I kinda feel like there is nothing to play when PvP is completed and stopped for 4-5 days

You are correct. When I don’t have anything like pvp and stuff, and I don’t have tickets and I’m saving gems, there is nothing to do. I hope they bring a huge offline story soon, one with gems, but I don’t care, anything will do.
