Not many people are against buffs but I wasn’t talking about those. I was bringing up more of a generalization about how people tend to respond to nerfs proposed in the forum based on if they use the strategy a lot or if they lose to it more often. I wasn’t talking about you specifically (like when mentioning angelion, this was when I saw it being defended as perfectly balanced) but if you want a better example just look at when monsters are described as perfectly balanced and check if they use it a lot. This wasn’t meant to be a serious thread anyways since I’ve openly stated that I am against monsters I own being nerfed and am complacent when monsters I don’t own are gonna get nerfed. I do think I speak for a lot of the community though with this.
I fully understood the purpose of this thread and the satire in the OP. But the thing is, joke threads often have serious statements in them and this one was no exception.
Your reply was to my post and you said “you guys” when replying to me. You can’t make statements like that then backtrack when called out and say I wasn’t talking about you specifically.
BTW Angelion IS perfectly balanced now. Part of being balanced is having a strong monster that counters other OP monsters. Malwing was one of the biggest curses in this game and having a monster like Lion released was needed. BTW I remembered that I supported the nerf to Angelion’s defense even after I owned it.
So basically I didn’t want it nerfed when I didn’t own it and I wanted it nerfed after I owned it. Lol complete opposite to your OP.
For the record, even though Duscy has already had multiple nerfs I would support a nerf to it’s defense. It’s probably needed.
boring and boring
