So you mentioned fairness for Europeans, but from an Asian perspective, when we wake up at 7 AM, the PVP event ends at 11 PM. If you want to play the game, that means operating in 12+8 or +9. Imagine having to clear 21 tickets - this shows how annoying and tedious this is. For work commitments, we have to give up these tickets anyway.

I like Killerdog’s suggestion, but there isn’t a reliable way to determine who is in the Asia region, as many users play with VPNs. Developing a properly tracking function is another story.
If we let players choose their time zone before the ranking starts, I believe most would select Asia… who wouldn’t want to refill tickets earlier?
We believe the most straightforward solution is to halve the refill amount, reducing it from 12 tickets to 6. At the very least, this can save Asia-based users an hour.

I thank you for calling me a smart guy, i put my solution based on what i see fits my schedule if it works for me whos a busy guy at work and has a family, it should work for the majority of the players, as many would live a similar life style having a job with +9 hours and family or school etc
Overall i dont deny it will be beneficial to me as base of my solution was built upon my current life situation and how i can utilize my spare time to enjoy the game without being limited to number of tickets
i do believe majority of people here are in a similar position, which will benefit them aswell, i might get more benefit or others might get more benefit but so it is a win-win for everyone
But please dont compare me to gary were nothing alike, i dont want to bad mouth him so i stop here

When even the devs call it out, it says a lot. There’s a clear pattern of pushing self-serving ideas while pretending they’re for everyone. The dev is basically telling the entire playerbase to be skeptical about his suggestions overall lmao.
I’ll keep this quote in my pocket for next time.

I agree to solve that for the Asians. On the other hand, I also have to say that in Europe, the ranking starts around 10 a.m. on Friday, which is a working day. So, something similar happens to the Asians on Monday when the ranking ends for them.
That is to say, there are some issues for both, but I think it’s impossible for everything to be perfect. For Asians, it’s on Monday, and for Europeans, it’s on Friday. However, in my opinion, the game is much fairer now than before. Even though playing on Friday is difficult, at least we can now play the end of the ranking thanks to the improvements. Therefore, I disagree when Mr. X says that the ranking is much worse now. The ranking has improved a lot in the latest updates.
You definitely feel its better because with the current system Euro has the most benefits.
1- the days have been increased from 2 to 3 is to allow Europe to play on both of there weekends instead of only 1 day, which increased the grind for the rest of the world. Okay now everyone is equally bad
2- The refill option was designed in a way to help Europe making there time better, while the rest of the world timezone was not considered
These two decisions to help the Europe region is no surprise, am guessing that the majority of the m0ney is coming from Europe now

The only change I’ve noticed in recent months is that the last 12 tickets can be played 6 hours before the ranking ends. You have to understand that I haven’t played as long as you have, and I haven’t tested other ranking methods. I only know two: the old one, where tickets couldn’t be reloaded, and this one, where they can. The only change I’ve seen is that one, so I don’t know what changes you’re talking about.
I repeat, in Europe, we don’t only play on the weekend. For us, the ranking starts on Friday, which is a workday. It also starts at 04 am , meaning you have to wake up at 4 a.m. to play your tickets and not fall behind. The only change I’ve seen is that now, instead of having to stay awake until early Monday morning, tickets can be reloaded earlier, so you don’t have to stay up until then.
I don’t know what issue they have with the schedule, and I hope it gets resolved, but I don’t think the problem is ticket reloading. That being said, when you say this ranking is much worse than the previous one, as the dev told you, you need to clarify that it’s your opinion, because many of us think the changes to the ranking have been very good.
And although it’s not perfect and can always be improved, it has been a great step toward making the game fairer.
In my opinion, although it’s not a perfect system, the @Dev_VKC has done a great job.
Ranked for me before i moved used to start at 4am friday morning
And ended at 4am monday morning
So if i ever cared enough to play ranked beyond the 300 kills this new system would be nothing but beneficial
As being able to play the last 12 tickets and 10pm before bed is far easier than playing them at 3am if i wake up

This. Also, the generalization about “the majority of people’s schedules” doesn’t really hold up when it only reflects one type of lifestyle. Then there’s the irony of bashing Coltraz for being single—as if his schedule is somehow less valid just because it doesn’t fit the narrative. Can’t have it both ways.

I’m happy with the new ticket system because it benefits the most players even though I would be better off with the old system where there’s no instant ticket refill and it ends at 10-11pm in my time zone. Previously I could finish all my tickets right before I get ready to go to sleep while players in some other time zones would need to play at inconvenient times in order to not miss any tickets.
You are suggesting a change that suits your schedule the best even though it wouldn’t benefit as many players as it currently does. That’s the difference.
