From my limited dungeon challenge experience, it is 100% luck. I had a few floors where I only had one or two encounters and one floor where I didn’t encounter anything except for the last boss. I only lost one monster going from floor 90 to floor 100 because I didn’t face a single stun protected opponent.

Doing floor 83-90 was significantly harder. It took me five attempts to pass and my team only had four or five monsters left alive at the end. I’ve heard stories of people having their runs single handedly ruined by teams with multiple awakened mythics and something they referred to as ‘stun protection’. Perhaps the next time dungeon challenge appears I’ll be able to confirm for myself if these tales are true or not.

That’s incredible! My DC was a breeze until the last 10 levels. I always find teams of 6 or 7 monsters with awakened mythics, Tricranium, Cyclo who 1 shots my Nulltron, stun immune teams…

Aren’t the monsters fixed? I’ve died and the same monster appear in the same spot at least for the last fight for each floor that’s true.

The final bosses might be the same but it doesn’t matter because the invisible battles in between are completely RNG.

I tried your setup with two protectors… On the FIRST battle I get Albakhan and Na’turgoul so nothing works :joy:

Sounds familiar. Well I couldn’t finish the event this time yet, but next time I’ll be ready. I’ll pot all my DC monsters and make that event my priority :joy:

I only have DC and Showdown Tower to complete so that I have beat all the online events that are beatable. That’s something I still want to achieve in this game.
