Just wanted to say I dislike the fact that Double poison eater, double timestrike, double slayerbane, assassinate etc 1 shot the other target monster regardless if they meet the crit condition (description issue) . I think it’s too punishing for the stun absorber/protector etc. user. I understand that conters need to exist but it just feels too powerful. In my opinion only the monster that meets the crit condition should be 1 shot and the other receive significantly less damage. It makes pvp less tactical and more dull in my opinion. Also results to a faster pace and makes recovery harder, which promotes the usage of high speed high damage low defence monsters.
This is no rant, only an opinion, and I’d like to hear the community on this too.
For Neo Monsters 2 I’d like to see less 1 shot and less instant value. Potions could also be totally removed and RNG element of damage output reduced or a % chance before attacking introduced which tells how high the chance is my monster will kill the other. E.g Shadowyrm has 98%chance of 1 shotting a protector etc. Some things need also to be made more obvious e.g which monster is shielded, stealthed or has a blood move active (indicators are needed for this).
I kinda like the mechanic of the game at the moment also neo 2 was said to be discontinued but they are making another game though evertale I recommend waiting for it should be a aweosme new game in the series
I’m just frustrated when my monsters that are low tu get 1 shotted by tsd or non poisoned monsters 1 shotted by bane etc. It should not do crit damage to monsters that do not meet the crit condition. Kinda takes away the meaning of a protector.
Tsd makes more sense than poison. It takes into consideration total time like tsa. Since ts Crits at 130+ a pairing with a total of 200 will take a hefty sum of damage. But I’ve seen monsters both on 120 survive so yea…
