I wanna start this Topic hoping that someone will help me about this matter.
Let me start, so I had downloaded this game from playstore last week.
I created a new account yesterday and played online this morning and now I reach hero rank 23 by the help of count lector shadow arena,but I was shocked when I play the game this afternoon showing a pop-up that says
" CONTENT BLOCKED ".
I’m really confused now what is the meaning of this, anyone can help me?
I have sent an email regarding of this but still no answer

How did you know that? Did it happened to you?
It’s fairly obvious that you have been banned. Now I don’t know if you were hacking or not, but if you want to regain access to online content, you will need to contact the developers. It may take them a while to respond but sit tight and you might get your account back.
Appealing a Game Ban
