first of all I am sorry to bother you with this issue but I do not see another way since the support does not help me via mail.
Also this may sound a bit chunky because english is not my native language.
I played Neo Monsters for at least a few months and invested dozens of hours, recommended it to friends und had a lot of fun. I was neither exceptionally good nor bad and beside Island Challenge I never got a rank better than maybe 1000.
But two weeks ago I was suddenly banned in the morning after I played a bit. Later I wrote the support because I was sure that this was just some bug or misunderstanding. The support told me that they would investigate my case and informed my two day later that the ban was confirmed.
I am really disappointed because I never did anything against the rules like modding, cheating etc. and bought the game in Googles Play Store. I don’t even know how to do that stuff. I honestly have no idea what could justify that ban. Maybe my pretty old tablet (~3 years) is causing problems?! Maybe it is because me and my girlfriend are always playing together in the same network, I just don’t know.
Is there anyone who experienced something similar? Is there even the slightest chance that the ban could be reverted?
The only possible explanation for my ban is that I played the game for a few months was level 100 but still never invested any real money in the game.
The support neither denied nor confirmed that when I asked and only sent me automatic responses.
I do not know if this thread gets deleted immediatly or if I finally get an explanation but it is worth a last try.
If anyone is interested I can provide the mails the support sent me.
Again I am sorry for stealing your time but I would really like to play this game again without starting all over again.
Two weeks ago. At First, they answered and told me the ban was confirmed. Then I asked three times for an explanation since and only got a standardized reply:
"You have been banned because your account activity has violated our terms of service. "
I am absolutely sure. I mean you can’t chat or something similar so from what I see the only possible offences are things like modding, cheating, downloading a modded version etc. Correct me if I am wrong.
All stuff I did not do and do not even know how to do.
I am absolutely clueless why I am banned and the support does not give me a reason. It is a pretty bad feeling if someone tells you that you violated the terms and are banned and you do not know what for.
I assume my Account got hacked and as a result of that banned 2 1/2 weeks ago. The week before the ban I had several app crashes and twice a message something like “Your savegame seems outdated”. I didn’t mind that moment as everything on my side was looking ok… except the crashes. But that’s not unlikely for a app these days. Maybe I should have written the support at this time. Well, a few days later my account was banned and I have no idea what happened.
After asking (and describing the mentioned issues) for the reason I received the same mail as the OP: “ban confirmed”. I then contacted them via Facebook and got several answers “We look into this and see if we can do anything”, “there is a chance that we are not able to recover the account” … “Sorry for the delay, we still have to look into this”. and weeks passing … and there goes a lot of money and til today no help is provided.
You guys can imagine how this feels… Is there even a modded version of the game available for iPhone?
Mods, please let this thread open so the victims of this kind of things have a place to talk.
I aplogize for the lock, at first glance it looked really simular to pointless *Im banned* posts, but upon a mail about it I read through it again and realized thats not the case.
However, please keep the thread on topic and civil.
they dont listen to you as my account freaking hero level 80 having all the uc monster and 5 legends get banned for no reason.so now i am playing monster legend ,you should play this game its real fun and stop playing neo monsters because they wont un ban you.
I’m locking this thread it’s just people bagging out the devs for banning them for cheating or using outside apps, cheating is cheating and they would not ban you for no reason if you really strongly feel like it was a mistake and you want to appeal refer to the new contact details, they will check your account and if there is any form of tampering they will make the ban permanent.
