Hello there, My name is Jared! Been a long time fan of Neo Monsters, played the game a bit back in college but recently downloaded it again about a month ago and have been hooked just like i was in the past!! But unfortunately with the pandemic going around my brother had access to my restore code and put my high level hero rank account on a modded system so I tried to hop on my phone and play today and I had an error message saying my content had been blocked so I guess that meant I got banned, well I went and looked through my teams and saw the proof… all the mythic and legendary monsters… dozens of them and my heart just sunk because I have spent around $50 bucks on that account and had it to a decent place in resources plus hero rank was almost 50 as well I think. I had two legit opened Mythic monster too, drax’s evolved form and lower form of brynhildr. Two powerful monster I know would be extremely hard to acquire again. I went through and deleted all the bogus monsters and got my team back to what it was originally before all the hacking so I don’t know who I’d have to contact to maybe get my account unbanned if that would be even possible? I really want to keep playing but a setback like this would really be a huge bummer, thanks to whoever sees this. Would greatly appreciate any kind of help! Can provide restore code if need be

No I think my rank was exactly 48 last time I played. Have been grinding non stop the past two and half weeks because I was on vacation with my gf. So had a lot of free time to play lol plus the whale treasure event reallly helped me to power level my hero rank. Got lucky with my legendary rolls and had a solid enough team to crush the entire story and some of the first ones side story too.
I started a brand new account two and half weeks ago because I’ve since lost my restore code for the account I had a few years ago. Damn shame though that account was max hero rank at the time which was around 100 I think lol had a kickass team too. Fav monster had desperate all and was on big ■■■ horse! If any Devs could potentially help me retrieve any of that lost data, that would be a solution to my problem as well. I love this game and love playing it at a top tier competitive level, so again any help would be greatly appreciated

Dude 2 weeks and rank 48 is not that far in the game and you can start over and also ask your bro for 50$ since he f***ed your acc I really don’t think devs will help because hacking is hacking and Devs have no proof that you are the one who hacked or not so i’d say start the game and forget about this acc sorry about this
He’s 11 and stuck at home in all this madness lol but I will take responsibility for letting him have access to my restore code and showing him the game. Also I’d still like for one of them to still take a look at the situation. If it wasn’t for the pandemic things most likely would have been different but now I have to go back to work and definitely don’t have the time to grind like I did also don’t have the money to boost my way back up to where I was.
Then that should make it easier to take $50 from him.
On a more serious note, if you remember your username, you can show the devs proof you bought the game and get your restore code back as long as that account isnt modded.
I lost my rank 37 acc with 4 mythics and 8 Legendary cuz my frnd restored it to mod.I want that bacl too then

Yeah I can produce the receipts and what not. Ultimately I just want an answer from someone who has the power to change these sort of things. Let them hear my case, provide what I need to provide. If they have a positive solution then great! If the answer is a no or negative… I will move ahead accordingly.
I think it would be better if you got the higher ranked one back that wasn’t hacked. It’s also more likely to happen since it hasn’t been modded.
You’re right about that, hopefully someone can help with that cause I would be over the moon if I got that one back! Do you know any mods you could personally reach out to?

@Killerdog Wow! KD thanks for the help I was just watching your YouTube tier lists yesterday lol might need some more help for team building later on! And I’ll send them an email just in regards to the old lost account, so hopefully that will waste less time for everyone. What are things they will be mainly looking for? I potentially know the username, and have like maybe two or three screenshots from way back of all the monsters I had. I have Know idea what the restore code would be is though
