Hello! I played neo monster around 2016 and been logging on and off occasionally every year and this time I was out for a really long time around 4 years I think? I was thinking of starting over then I remember I do have my oast account ID saved on my gallery, I used that and download everything from playstore after downloading everything i tried to access the event section and I saw this messaage telling me that I got block on the online section? Honestly I don’t know what to do since there were no email on where i should contact the custom service it may have been in the game but i cannot find it (sorry didn’t take time to find it as am too busy finding solution online) then i saw this forum where they kinda tell the devs itself? So here i am hoping my old account got unbanned it was such a pity if it cannot
Either you cheated or downloaded the game from a bad source.
It’s better to start a new account (download from the App store or Google Play), the game is really a lot easier to get into than 9 years ago and you will get so many more gems much faster than before!
I see that’s really bad but mhe it’s been a long time anyway and my monster were not even evolve much so i may have just to let it go, but did you start off with cheating? And bad source? Sorry but that sound like I am the problem? Sorry for playing your game! Thank you for that uncomfortable response
First of all, I’m not a dev, I’m a moderator on this forum.
Second, I’m not trying to make you feel uncomfortable, I’m just telling the truth. There are many messages like this on a weekly basis, and in 99% of cases the user or the previous owner of the account (if there is any) has either downloaded the game from the wrong source or used cheats.
@Dev_VKC can check your account and verify what the issue is.
