Are you going to give something to players who got nin featured myth like in my case i spent 600 gema expecting a angelion leg and Roz myth because even though I don’t like her I would have liked to have her but instead I got a auraleus which I already awakened and also just a question why do I keep getting Aurelius again and again there are literally a lot of standard myth but I keep getting Aurelius I’ve gotten like 4 t tickets already From him so are you going to give goli ad a compensation?

I would be honest last time burned my gems and was expecting to get refund in mushroom banner but vkc is very cunning. Now I understand why he is dev now.
This option seems the fairest to me. Some players here are asking you to return the gems, as they probably tried to take advantage of the bug and spent their gems hoping they would be back in their account. I’m glad to know that players who tried to exploit the issue aren’t being rewarded.

Is it logical to try to take advantage of an error to gain a benefit? If you think this is something “logical,” you have a big problem. Besides, the dev has solved it in the best way possible. This will prevent players like you from trying to exploit an error in the future. I had 1,500 gems to spend, and I found out about the bug very early, yet I didn’t spend a single gem. So don’t say it’s logical behavior because it’s not. Not all players are like you. You had the option to be honest and not try to exploit the error, but you chose to do it.
Even so, it is appreciated that you have acknowledged what you tried to do.
@Dev_VKC My friend did the bugged banner hatch and awakened the rozaliz and got a pity on 30. As per compensation he should get 4 copies of goliath but he only got 2 copies is that on purpose. He is not asking for refund he is happy with his hatch

Being logical and being moral are not the same. I made a logical choice based on previous compensation policies in other games, since I am relatively new to neo I thought a full refund was an option.
You decided not to spend, which was your choice, or maybe you didn’t want to take the risk or as your text suggest you are extremely morally superior which I respect but you have to acknowledge that I am not morally strong, I am ruthless, I just don’t care about well being of anyone unless I see a possible reward of some sort, it is extremely selfish on my end and I very well aware of it but I don’t care.
Furthermore, if the developers genuinely viewed this as ‘exploitation,’ they would have reversed all hatches, but they didn’t. This alone suggests that it wasn’t a significant cheat—just an unfortunate circumstance brought on by the bug.
It was your choice to try and get free hatches out of it. It was clear some compensation will be carried out, but noone said that the gems will be sent back.
I think this is fair one, getting Goliath copies in amount of hatched Rozaliz. I was not hatching to get gems back, I was hatching with intention to awaken the one mythic I have not yet awakened.
Next time if I will see things like that I will never report it on the forum as it only makes people go and try to abuse it to some extent.

You’re not wrong, it was an option. And some sort of refund was warranted because the error was so significant.
But this is the gambling element. It ended up being a different refund that we expected but a good one nevertheless.

I agree with you, my friend watched kds new video on fast sweeper and did the hatch. He intends to awaken it and he should get those missing 2 copies.
The last precedent was Hongua’s banner, and there was no refund, so it was not very smart on your part (with respect). Since that banner, the dev has been fixing issues in a fairer way, which prevents players from trying to exploit game bugs, and that’s a good thing. You should be grateful for that.
