In the Chinese Neo Monsters player community, we’ve noticed that everyone seems to be hitting the pity when summoning in the Rodeknight egg pool — no one has pulled a 7★ monster before the guaranteed one. We’re wondering if this might be a bug.
Players who have also summoned from the Rodeknight pool are welcome to share your screenshots below. If it turns out that there are indeed no 7★ monsters outside the pity in this pool, we hope the official team can roll back the summoning data for affected players and provide appropriate compensation.
We are all loyal Neo Monsters players and sincerely hope the team can handle this issue properly.
We all believe that there must be a bug. If the official team don’t handle it properly. Some of the Chinese players would never pay for this game anymore.
Should I now open 100 packs on it and farm tickets? Because looks like you all are opening 50, 60 packs for a mid tier mythic and are going down to 0 just to maybe get your gems back.
Hope the Others Like me had only Bad luck… i hatched right at the beginning of the new banner my 60 draws. Restarted the Game after 60 bad results, drank a big Cup of water and hatched for the Last 4 where i got the final shard
